The hotel is located in Karlsruhe, 5 minutes by tram from the city centre and 20 minutes from the congress centre. It is an interesting and extremely practical location for a train arrival or departure but also for a tour to a salon organized at the Messe. The hotel is very large and widely distributed in several buildings, but it seems to be very good invoice. The breakfast room is very nice even if it is small and will force you to share the meal with other guests at the hotel. The room is quite spacious and very designed, but avoid the street side because the noise of cars and trams can be disturbing. The staff is not necessarily sympathetic or listening to it, but I think it is due to the barrier of the language (english is not spoken by the staff).

We we’re driving from Hook of Holland to Bari to catch a Ferry to Greece. On our first days driving we were very tired to decided to stop here and rest. We were two friends and a dog! We used the hotels near us feature on *********** and found this hotel. The price was fabulous and the hotel could not have been better for our needs. Super comfortable beds. Quiet room. Clean and a decent breakfast! The staff on reception were amazing offering us free parking and checking us in quickly. They recommended a local Italian restaurant which was great. The hotel is very much on the edge of town but for an overnight stop like us it’s was perfect! Finally my friend left her iPad behind on our departure. We’d didn’t discover this u til we were well in our way. On contacting the hotel they could not have been more helpful. She has her iPad safely back in the post. Great service from great people.

About 10 of us stayed at the hotel for a fair trade. I was very satisfied, both with the communication before our trip and then service during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. The only negative was that street-facing rooms on the first level got quite noisy because of loud passers-by or possibly late-coming guests having a chat before coming in. Not sure the hotel can do anything about that, though. Luckily, the hotel is on a side street, not a main one with lots of traffic. I'd stay here again and can recommend it. The location is also great, walking-distance to many restaurants or even some shopping.

Wir waren enttäuscht: Im Februar 2022 nur Zimmerfrühstück ”wg. Corona”, welches man am Vorabend bestellen und die Lieferzeit angeben musste. Standard-Zimmer einschl. Bad sehr klein, Zimmertür zum Vorflur ließ sich nicht schließen (Bett im Weg), einfache Ausstattung. Wir wussten überhaupt nicht, wie und wo wir unser Frühstück einnehmen sollten. Die vier Sterne haben wir nicht gefunden. Dafür sind rd. 133 Euro + 15 Euro Tiefgarage pro Nacht zu viel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage mitten im Zentrum, das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die hauseigene Tiefgarage, in die man auch mit einem großen Auto kommt (allerdings muss man für Ein- und Ausfahrt sich jeweils eine Karte an der Rezeption holen und anschließend gleich wieder abgeben), freie Minibar (4 Flaschen).

I spent a night in the Berlin courtyard and was very pleasant: + centrally located + friendly staff + quiet room + comfortable bed + very clean + good price My single room was not very large, but it didn't disturb me. The location is very good, because not in the city but also not too far from the city. The cinema is also not far. Breakfast is sufficient and for everyone there. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, but unfortunately there is no closet where you can eventually stack the bag. But is actually no problem, there is a clothes or something like clothes. The bathroom offers a furnace, hygiene bag, towels and shampoo with shower gel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are enough parking facilities next to the hotel and nearby.

Dieses Hotel ist den 4 Sternen absolut würdig. Das komplette Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Kommuniziert wurde vorab sehr kompetent und freundlich per Mail. Die Lobby ist sehr schön und einladend, mit Kaffeeautomat und Wasserspender. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es gab dann zu unserer Freude ein Upgrade. Das Zimmer war sehr schön - mit allem ausgestattet, super Matratze, Tablet und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut - im UG, was aber durch helle schöne indirekte Lichtquellen (mit Himmelmotiv) ausgeglichen wurde und wir haben uns auch hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bar und Personal war sehr schön, wir haben vorab reserviert und den gewünschten Tisch bekommen. Wenn wir nochmals nach Karlsruhe kommen, dann wieder dieses Hotel.
