Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Europe. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

We stayed at Nikko Iris during the balance sheet audit time. Amazing experience and staff is very helpful or prompt services. Special thanks to Ms Deepali who is a very kind girl and was always there for us whenever we needed anything. The quality of the food was extensive! Room interior was also 10/10! The cleanliness was very good, we spent about 15-16 days in this hotel, felt very good! Thanks Deepali Kanwal.... thank you Iris.!!

Rooms are cleaned, good service, staff is polite and humble, yash was very supportive and takes care of every staff.. Amazing property. Must visit and stay again. Breakfast is good and has many options. This hotel is close to many important commercial hubs and malls.
