I chose this hotel for the location which is fantastic. Had to admit that it looks like a pretty run down motel from the outside. Only staying one night for a business trip so not too fussed. Check in lady was lovely. I found my room. It was exceptionally neat and tidy and will do the job. Bathroom was spacious and disable friendly. Standard bar fridge, iron, tea and coffee. Decent amenities (there is a shower cap which is my minimum!) The radio/alarm doesn't appear to be working but not fussed. Air con was on full blast when I walked in which is great as today is 36C. A bonus is that the bathroom light and fan go into standby mode automatically and instantly turn on when you walk in. The whole complex is aging but clean so I am happy with it and would stay here again.

Received an email prior to arriving so we could book in online. Only had to pick up the key so the check in was quite fast. Clean inside and out. Beautifully maintained gardens and pool area. The room was gorgeous. Pretty big kitchen, with good sized fridge/freezer and living area was roomy with a large tv and comfortable couch. Cupboard with washer and dryer. Bedroom was separate with another large tv, separate air conditioner, built in robe and ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable, with crisp sheets and comfortable pillows. The bathroom sink/vanity didn't have enough room on top to place things but there was a cupboard underneath. The shower is in the bath and the bath was slippery so beware of this. The cold water tap had to be twisted on quite a lot, compared the to the hot. So get the temperature right before you walk under the spray. Maybe it was just our room but just be mindful. The air conditioners in both rooms were EXTREMELY noisy. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom but it was too hot to go without the air con. There are quite a few places around the apartments to eat. However, quite expensive. The location was great as far as shops, etc.

wonderful facilities great staff always clean nice pool resturant on site but was spicy thai didnt like as allergy to chilli and not the variety of normal foods on offer would love simple aussie menu as convienent not to go out after 10hr drive .

Lovely out side area to sit and eat with very clean barbecue”s. in a lovely setting Microwave in unit with some plates supplied. Great friendly manager. and staff who made our unexpected extended stay easy by giving me day to day option on room. (car break down) this was a return visit and will stay again when visiting family
