The hotel is nice and the stuff very friendly. Early booking is offered at a good price. Food is good for the price but do not expect something special. The nearby beach is really nice. No loud music or bars. Only a small cafe with nice view, and a few, rather expensive umbrellas and seats , for renting, in the beach. The beach is close to the hotel but it takes 15-20 minutes to get there on foot. There are no many thing to do in the area. Apart from playing in the pool or going swimming in the nearby beach there is no site seeing or anything else to do if you do not have a car.

Loved it. Get friendly staff. Great family holiday. Only flaw was the “gym”- but this is just for picky people like myself who love training even when on holiday LOL. But overall a great place for couples, kids, families etc. plenty of food to choose from.

We stayed at the end of June for my birthday and can truly say we had one of the best times! The hotel is situated in a very calm and quite area however doesn’t take long to get to a nice beach or small town. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to the local beach regularly too, which is super helpful. The entertainment during the day time and evening is unmatched. Micheal single handedly carried the hotel entertainment with his people skills and making sure everyone feels involved. I can truly say he is one of the kindest and funniest people I have met on this earth and we were so upset to leave his amazing energy behind. We stayed in a premium sea view room with a balcony and it was lovely; very modern, house keeping came in each day to make bad and tidy up. We were very happy with the accommodation. The only let down for this hotel is the food and reception staff. I am vegetarian and we went all inclusive for 7 days and after 2 days we were sick of the food. It was all very repetitive, bland and not very accommodating to vegetarians. It was Pasta and chips every day for lunch, pork every day for dinner with a few vegetable dishes and bread. Breakfast there was nothing I could eat apart from pancakes which you had to queue 15 minutes for. They have a second food area upstairs which was never used whilst we were there; seems like such a shame as the downstairs food area was always packed and hard to find a seat. There were plenty of nice restaurants around the area though that we went to instead and weren’t too expensive! The reception staff were quite rude on a few occasions to us and there was quite a strong language barrier between us and a few of them; however they did accommodate to all our needs, just with a bit of an attitude. Despite the food and some staff issues we made friends for life here and will definitely be returning to see Micheal again! Highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our first all inclusive holiday and trip to Greece. Hotel Kriopigi is one of the best places I have stayed, they truly live up to their motto 'art of hospitality'. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern decor with a mix of the original stone walls adds so much character. The staff are dedicated workers and made our stay so much better. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from Kriopigi beach which has beautiful clear blue water and taxi's for anything further are super cheap. Upon arrival we were given all the information needed for our stay, by the lovely Katerina. Everything was printed on a sheet of paper, a map and offered a complimentary foot massage in the hotel spa if desired. The hotel has a range of facilities including a wellness spa and a small gym. Room: Our room was a standard double, we expected an average double size bed, upon arrival the bed was a lot bigger than a UK double, plenty of space, there was also a small single bed in the room so 3 people could sleep. We had our own balcony with a table and chairs, a drying rack for wet swimming costumes, a flat screen tv, mini fridge with 2 complimentary bottles of water, air conditioning and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. Restaurant The restaurant is a large space, light and airy with balcony seating looking over the pool and across to the Mediterranean. The food was amazing, a huge thanks to the chefs, full of flavour and a wide variety at breakfast lunch dinner and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The staff in the restaurant were phenomenal, hard working and attentive. Dimitrius memeorized our drinks order and made sure our drinks were never empty. Also a huge thanks to Vergis, Alex, Selba and Aurela, for their hard work, dedication and smiley personalities, throughout the busy lunch and dinner service. Pool The pool is quite large with plenty of sunbeds on the surrounding patio and grass each having an umbrella. There is also plenty sheltered seating by the pool bar, with comfortable sofas. The all inclusive bar menu is great ranging from soft drinks, hot drinks and cocktails. Yanis and Paschalis were super friendly and genuinely cared about their job and their customers. Nikita the lifeguard was a great personality to be around each day, he made everyone feel at home, offering advice and help with anything you may need throughout the day. Can't wait to come back and stay here again, thank you Hotel Kriopigi for having us and exceeding our expectations of Greece.

We we're greeted by a very friendly receptionist who spoke very good English. Our room was big and had a balcony and very clean. The only downside for us was the shower was over the bath and inaccessible for us. Next day they moved us to another room with a walk in shower. It was no problem and all done very courteously. The food was excellent and plenty of choice. The only big downside in the restaurant were the cats which were allowed to roam freely in there and lots of people were feeding them both on the floor and chairs! So found them a bit of a hazard!! The bar and pool area were well maintained and the bar staff very friendly and chatty. The hotel is spread over lots of steep hilly areas but everywhere was accessible if a little challenging at times! Overall a lovely place. Great friendly helpful staff and clean. We would go back again.

Very spacious rooms that are very comfortable! The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and have been happy to help with everything we’ve needed. The hotel was closing for the season on our last day, but with our transfers to the airport collecting us at 18:15, they’ve allowed us access to our room until that time rather than the 11am check out which is incredibly kind! Big thank you to Yanis down at the pool bar for making our stay at the hotel a barrel of laughs even in off season!

Currently on holiday here and having an amazing time. Hotel is beautiful and the entertainment is great, the male singer at night is very talent and offers good pool entertainment in the day. The food here is very tasty and would definitely come again and tell friends and family to come. Also very close to the beach and amenities, ideal for couples and families.

We flew out to the hotel with Jet 2 on an afternoon flight. It was delayed which meant we arrived at the hotel quite late. The person on the desk was very good. He upgraded us upto a suite from a sea view double room and got one of the staff to take us to the room with our bags In the room they had kindly left a snack for us in the fridge as they must have known we would be late. Two rooms, two TVs and a huge double bed. The bathroom was large, modern and lovely. In the morning we had a superb view from the balcony over the top of the hotel to the sea and the next peninsula. We are both in our 70s and had gone out for our 55 years together so it was a wonderful surprise We had said nothing to the hotel,so perhaps it was a fluke or perhaps they picked it up from somewhere. As in all other reports the food was excellent, the drinks nice and the pool lovely. The hotel is on different levels, but if steps are not your thing there were always workarounds. It did not cause us any problems at all. There is an hourlybus to the beach, but it is a very pleasant15 min walk down the get bus back up the hill. There is a cabin to buy snacks and drinks and sunbeds for hire or do your own thing if you walk along the beach a bit It is not packed with people and is very pleasant there. The sea is warm and although there are some stones once you get out about 2 metres it is pure sand and not steep. We hired a car for a few days as local trips are a bit thin on the ground. Jet 2 do a few sea trips but all there land trips seemed to be off when we enquired. Chance for the hotel here- trips around the peninsula ? All in all an excellent holiday with good beer, weather and food so will certainly think aboutreturning.

We had a really good two weeks holiday here and enjoyed the pool, the drinks, the food and our Jet2 newer Premium room (412) was pretty smart with efficient air conditioning and a distant sea view. There was plenty of hanging space but remember to take extra hangers as there is zero drawer space. Despite the boxy bedside tables and other furniture looking quite practical you end up piling your smalls and swimwear where your cases are supposed to go! All your other holiday bits and belongings end up on display, which kind of spoils the trendy minimalist look. We had sunny weather apart from 3 days of torrential thundery storms which resulted in a leaking bathroom ceiling. The roof was quickly repaired when the rain stopped briefly and we had no further issues. Being set on a hillside the hotel has quite a few steps to negotiate but the lift from the pool took us straight to our room so it wasn’t too bad for us, but anyone with mobility issues would struggle to get to the restaurant from the pool I imagine. The staff were great and friendly especially Michael the Animation chap who works super-hard to keep everyone entertained. The restaurant staff were all very efficient, lovely and smiley - Kalli and Yannis on the bar were too, (the younger two bar lads in the evening looked bored by all the guests and rarely went the extra mile to garnish drinks or even smile at you!). There are 6 A/I cocktail choices and some were nicer than others. My favourite was the gin-based Classic Gimlet. The measures were often strong but it was all acceptable stuff and the wine and beer wasn’t bad for all-inclusive either! We enjoyed all the Greek food choices and couldn’t understand some overheard moaning by people, mainly Brits, who piled up chips, pasta and pizza everyday in preference to it! There was plenty of fresh salad, olives, feta cheese, calamari, souvlaki, perch, beef stifado, moussaka, tilapia, stuffed peppers, chicken etc on offer at lunch and dinner and we looked forward to every meal. The choices at breakfast were fine too with eggs, beans and “ bacon” on offer, as were the yummy little cakes and desserts. We used the shuttle bus to the narrow, pebbly beach once and it was a Godsend as it’s a helluva walk back up! The main bus stop outside the front door took us to Hanioti, Pefkhohori and Kallithea on a cooler day too. We watched football at Casablanca down the ***** which did nice cocktails. Would I return? Maybe. Next time I’d probably go to a hotel in the area with direct beach access and somewhere pretty to stroll in the evening but I wouldn’t rule it out as it was great value for money.
