- Attention: the hotel has deluxe rooms without windows!!! Information about this was not provided when booking! Initially, we booked a “Deluxe” room with a window, but at the reception upon check-in they tried to give us a room without a window, citing the lack of rooms with windows in the “Deluxe” category, and for a room in a slightly higher category we had to pay extra.
- Some rooms have a disgusting smell of mothballs;
- The bathroom windows did not close;
- There was an internal window in my room through which light came in all night.

I dont know how this hotel got so many reviews in google or booking dot com. This is far from thamel area and It's a maze. You will walk and walk but u wont find the hotel. And the rooms! They are very little (I stayed at 305) and no ventilation or windows were there. Even the bathroom was very small. We felt so suffocated that we checked out after one days though we booked it for 3 nights. I don’t recommend it at all.
