It was nice and clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. You can walk around downtown.

I called day before arrival to request a sleeping room close to my teaching room and hotel staff set me up with the PERFECT room. Brianna and James were amazingly helpful as I prepared for my seminar the following morning. Everyone on staff was helpful, location was great, and there's a StarBucks in the lobby :-)

CLOSED!! Booked for a family road trip and pull up today (May 28) with boarded up windows, a closed sign on the door and the phone is disconnected. I booked almost a year ago. There was no notice given. I had to scramble to find an alternative. This is not what I expect from Hilton.

I arrived May 7th, 2021 for my weekend stay nd was shocked to find this hotel closed. I made reservations months in advance and never received any notification that it was closed. There were two other couples traveling with us and they didn't receive any notification either. I had to call Hilton and tell them. It was a rough start to our weekend. I'm sure this is happening to others but wanted to share my experience because there is nothing on the hotel website about the closure.
