EV Charging Station - though only one. I lucked out and was able to charge.
Brandy had a lot on her plate being the only front desk staff at the time of my check-in. But she was courteous and professional. I enjoyed my short interaction with her. She deserves a bonus

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. We travel through Salem often and this hotel will be our go-to choice. First rate!

A solid, standard hotel. I've stayed here a few times when visiting. Will likely continue. Occasionally, the room hasn't been ready on time, but the staff is really good about it. It's usually quiet, unless a bunch of children are staying there.

Sink in room 224 did not have hot water. Maintenance said they couldn't do anything about it and they weren't able to move us to a different room. Very accommodating.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and best of all they had an EV charger which was the reason we booked here. They should expand to more chargers but otherwise we lucked out!

We stayed here a few weeks ago and had a similar experience. The rooms were clean enough, but the carpet in common areas looks dirty. The hotel is a little bit too pet friendly. If you're rather not share your accommodations with animals, this is not the hotel for you. The breakfast is pretty good though.

We had to change the room. I had found bugs in the room. The staff was kind and changed and upgraded our room.
