Perfect for a short layover at Frankfurt airport. Nice hot showers, working AC, shuttle service to and fro from the airport (subject to certain timings). Exactly what we needed!

It was a very bad trip.
I forgot two toys and two sets of make-up on the table near the window in the hotel and they all had brand new labels. But when I tried to enquire if the styles hotel had seen the forgotten items, they surprisingly gave feedback that they hadn't found anything; this is irresponsible and unprofessional hotel that should at least be proactive in informing them of the missing items. Makes me start to wonder if Germany might not be as good as the reviews on the internet.

Location close only to the airport, everything else far away!
Impeccable cleanliness except that in 3 days they never changed the sheets and towels, otherwise the staff were friendly

I believe that the hotel’s environment and geographical conditions are OK, but the actual situation that I couldn’t check in because of a sudden change in the itinerary was very early. After I informed the hotel through Ctrip, I still got a very simple reply "cannot be canceled". Then give a bad review on the service.

Stayed one night in transit at the airport and was very satisfied. The airport shuttle runs every hour, free of charge, and the car is relatively large. It is best to make a reservation from the hotel to the airport, otherwise it will be full. I was lucky to get the last seat. The front desk was very friendly and lent me a hot water bottle. The decoration style of the hotel room is very modern and new. But there is no refrigerator and kettle, simple toiletries. Although it is close to the airport, it is very quiet.
