The front desk is friendly and there is a free shuttle bus. We checked in early in the morning. Room facilities are less, all in all suitable for temporary stay. I didn't have time to eat the breakfast, so I won't comment.

Nice, clean hotel close to airport. Was right on the flight path of the airport so planes were low and loud going overhead....BUT.... when inside, even on a top floor room, noise was minimal. Clean, comfortable.

Very clean and the people were quite friendly. This hotel’s name is almost exactly the same as another, and our taxi brought us to the wrong one. Make sure you give the address not just the name if you are using a ride service

This Holiday Inn Express is super close to the airport. And the shuttle was great (g-r-e-a-t). New clean van that runs every hour 24-7, upon request. Would stay again here easily for just this. A driver was waiting for us for our arranged pre-dawn shuttle time and had us to the airport in ＜5 minutes. The desk staff also knew the answers to the usual airport questions. So 5 stars for ease and service.
The only thing that could be a lot better about this place is like the feeling you are walking into a basement of some underfunded government building. It's like superficially clean, but feels gray and heavy. Maybe it's the lighting. The lobby. The rooms. The fitness room. All feels like better (warm) lighting, fresh (warm) paint on walls and ceilings, and a deep cleaning could really do wonders. It is just kinda meh to walk into such a gloomy feeling space on the last day of a trip.
Also, our shower was in needed of a snaking of the drain. It was very visibly plugged once you ran the water (think standing in a pool of everyone else's drain water). Which made one wonder how the tub was being cleaned.

If you are big person.....say 6' X 220 pounds plus...the tub in which you shower is too small. Never have I experienced a tub that thin.
THE BED was amazing ! Slept like a baby.

Property is exactly what you'd expect. Nice, clean, convenient. Receptionist could use some training on customer service and not having attitude but the hotel itself was very nice.

Reading reviews of many hotels in the area, mostly bad, I was hesitant to book, but this hotel seemed to have the best reviews. The shuttle came promptly after I called the hotel, and the gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional. I give him 5 stars, just wish I got his name. The rooms (we had two) were clean, well furnished and close to the elevator as we requested. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay near the airport.
