Clean, everything we needed was in the room. They also had continental breakfast which is not always available in other hotels.

Nice one night stay.
They accommodate us for breakfast before regular time as we had to leave early. Front desk service excellent. Will definitely stay again.

The pool and hot tub were closed due, due to maintenance. We specifically chose this hotel to use both,
but neither ******* nor the Best Western hotel disclosed this information to the public. Furthermore, ******* did not provide provisions for changing or cancelling our reservation) even though I purchased the "Hotel Booking Protection plan".
I will never use ******* again

I did not appreciate the fact that they advertised having a pool and hot tub and it was closed while we were there. The reason I chose that hotel was for the pool and hot tub.

We had a second floor room, twice during the stay the elevator was not working. My husband can’t do stairs. They also started Jack hammering the hot tub which was directly below our room. Could not relax in our room during the day. We choose this hotel for the pool and hot tub which we were not able to use for over half our stay

Good value. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. A guide to tv stations would have been helpfun. Breakfast had sausage waffles cereall eggs. Decent.
