The area is pretty run down, with lots of late-night illegal activities going on in the surrounding area. I would feel better if the parking lot had a gate around it to keep non-customers out of the parking lot and away from our vehicles.
The first day we checked in they did not restock the toilet paper, I had to ask the cleaning staff for some. The second day they did not replace our coffee cups, coffee, and they did not change our sheets.

I made a reservation with them, and because my work always ends at 4 in the morning, I went to the hotel and found that they had canceled my reservation. Although it remains until 11 am. All hotels have no problem with them except this hotel. As well as the hotel’s private parking lots, people can park their cars and take more than one space.

The hotel is situated in a bad areas of Bakersfield. I did not know that when I booked. The breakfast was good, for a continental breakfast. They do keep the area locked upstairs which is interesting because you almost feel locked in.
However we were there for a soccer tournament and it serves its purpose.

Very well trained staff customer service second to none awesome. Area a bit seedy though didnt go out side at night. Bed and facilities good.
