Staff behaviour was very bad, they ask money for every-time they serve in room, staff was too worst they won't come for every single request we need to give them reminder calls. Breakfast time they said 8am but never starts at this time, when ask in the reception they says today only it was delayed due to shortage of staff. Worst hotel, grand gayatri is good in all aspects of customer service.
