All was good. Make up room indicator wasn't working. They didn't make room till I alerted them - breakfast many items.

Staff is very polite and always there to help or solve problems. Very good service by the staff like: NAND KUMAR and Mohammad Asisf.

Excellent service ,quick service. Nice staff,very nice hospitality. Nice location, near to janeshwar park, Near to ambedkar garden. Clean rooms. It is price worthy. I enjoy the stay Swimming pool and gym are available In plate they give welcome cake

It was one the best experience. Staff was courteous and very attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and all the amenities were present. Food was delicious. Breakfast has a large variety with best taste. Will definitely revisit.

House keeping staff Mr Bhupesh and Asif both were very supportive and fast at their job. I have specifically asked their to review them, nice people and great job with amazing behaviour. Hotel location and ambience is also very good, good hospitality.

Exceptionl staying in Hilton garden inn.From the moment into the hotel I stepped,I was greeted with warm regards hospitality and luxurious atmosphere,hotel and especially hk team subrata and subhas are very helpful. The food at the hotel is very good, overall experience is so outstanding.. thank you..

The house keeping department was amazing.... Particularly Room attendant Nand Kumar Asif were very courteous, humble, efficient. Cleaning was good. Room freshner was awesome. My overall experience was 10/10 for house keeping. God bless them...

This was a family trip to Ayodhya via Lucknow and we had booked for 2 nights . First the positives - staff courtesy and helpfulness . Special mention for the restaurant staff and security staff manning the Hotel gate / reception . The restaurant itself was a revelation as we were not expecting much but the breakfast spread was very good ***** with inroom dining services albeit a bit on costlier side . A small gym but neatly maintained with most of exercising machines available. The location of the Hotel is very convenient. Many restaurants and market in vicinity . Even the business district is approachable. Now the negatives - room was average though aptly furnished so we will not downgrade the overall rating for this . The inhouse cab facility is very expensive almost 3 times of what you would expect from a regular service . Also a bit odd but they had a room with bathtubs only for twin bed options in standard category - none available if you opt for King or queen beds ? Despite these small ******* I will recommend the property as a hotel for short trips . We left the place with largely good memories and will revisit .
