Stay was good. Relation ship person, Ms.Faith was very accommodating and made my stay seem less.

Always come here because the hotel thinks of everything, i end up not using half of the things provided. Staff are also super friendly.

We enjoyed true Rwandan hospitality at this pleasant gem of a hotel courtesy of Rwandan Air while they sorted alternative flights for us. I was blown away by the spa experience in particular where they served us lovely ginger tea and also provided essential oils for the sauna & steam. A water dispenser of varying temperatures and bench to sit on were also available. The food was buffet style and combined healthy dishes with local cuisine which was amazing all round. Their chilli 🌶 sauce is fire 🔥. The rooms were spacious and well decorated with queen size beds and had all sorts of electronics and amenities. I would definitely recommend as the staff were really kind, warm and provided top notch hospitality. Located close to the airport in an affluent and leafy suburb. Keep up the "grand" work guys 😃.

We stayed here for 2 weeks occupying 2 rooms. Wonderful staff! They were always ready to help us with anything we needed. After 1 night, Joel at the front desk was able to give us our connecting rooms which we asked for months in advance. Ignace who made up our rooms was so kind and He made sure we had everything we needed. He periodically checked on us to be sure all was ok! The room was clean, spacious with comfortable beds. The only thing we didn’t care for was the carpet. It really should be replaced. Showers and hot water was great! Unless you are into soccer or CNN, prepare for boring tv. But the wifi was good and we were able to view things on our phones. Breakfast was always interesting. Many local dishes. 1 or 2 would’ve been good with other dishes we could recognize. But lots of fruit and yogurt with different breads or rolls. We ate dinner there once and it was very good. Most days we went to the restaurant next door called Taste Foods. The staff there was very attentive and the food was very good at a very good price. Stefan was so kind and she always asked about our day. The hotel offered shuttle service to the airport. We were very pleased with this hotel! Thank you all at Grand Legacy!

Wonderful service from the complimentary airport pickup to the whole staff! Very friendly, professional and attentive. The bed was lovely with two pillows each and a wonderful fluffy comforter. AC worked well also. Shower was hot and lots of pressure. All necessary amenities were there if needed. Breakfast was a nice variety altho I only ate a piece of toast with fresh made bread and jam. We even found espresso!

The hotel is truly a home away from home due to it's amazing staff and hospitality. My room made me feel honored and forget even the trouble I experienced at the airport. Please keep it up
