The Nest

the place is nice but friday evening a lot of noise with the music in the bar. totally impossible to sleep. insane.

I had a lovely time at this boutique hotel. It was beautifully decorated, fairly open, nice amenities (like complimentary 30 min massage), and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. It's also very well located and I was able to get to many of my destinations in Kigali in a short 10-15 min ride.

We’d highly recommend The Nest for a stay in Kigali. The look and feel of the hotel were lovely, from the outdoor bar and reception to the gardens. Very comfy bed and a delicious breakfast.

Run don't walk to stay at The Nest in Kigala, Rwanda! Not only is is beautiful, off the main road and peaceful with great food and drinks, they include free laundry, a 30 minute massage, and air conditioning. There is also a pool 2 minutes away. All for $135 single occupancy. The staff are wonderful too. 5 stars for what I needed on a 3 week, 4 country pickleball journey!

Highly recommended! The rooms are very comfortable, clean, fully equipped and with a nice shower and bed. All the staff are super friendly, flexible and happy to help. Also the breakfast and overall food is delicious! The hotel is well located in a nice neighborhood and still quiet. Overall atmosphere and the value for money is more than great! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

I stayed for two nights. I loved the design of the hotel, the modern rooms and the relaxed ambience. The restaurant served great food and the service was exceptional.

I stayed at the Nest for 2 nights before a wildlife trip with Intrepid. The hotel arranged a car to pick me up at the airport and George arrived at KGL in a clean and comfortable vehicle, expertly navigating the Kigali traffic. I arrived around 9:30pm to the hotel and the receptionist, Natasha immediately asked if I wanted something from the kitchen before it closed. (I did, and the soup was delicious!) I had a day free in the city before my tour, so Christopher at reception helped me to arrange a guide for the day, which was great. The free massage by a blind therapist named Eugenia is highly recommended! The breakfasts are terrific. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. The rest of my group were also very enthusiastic about the Nest, often using it as the standard by which we measured all the other hotels where we stayed! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great environment for solo travelers. Their service is excellent with disciplined staff. I really loved the experience!

Great location, quiet, excellent service and beautifully renovated and decorated. Great full breakfast included, it is a great place to come back to after meetings or just visits and really cosy.
