"This hotel completely lacks integrity. It's been a long time since I checked out, and they still haven't returned my pre-authorization deposit. I called them twice, and each time they promised it would be refunded within 3-5 days, but nothing ever happened. It's only 100 AUD, but their behavior is absolutely disgusting. Are they really trying to make money this way? It was a terrible experience. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to be very careful. Perhaps the hotel thinks that since I'm Chinese and won't be returning to Australia, I can't do anything about them not refunding my money, hahaha, disgusting."

"We stayed here for one night. When we were looking for the entrance, we didn't even realize it was a hotel at first – the entrance is through the bar, and that's where we begin our exploration of the place. It looks unusual, but overall, it has a great atmosphere. 😊 The receptionist, who, as we realized, is also the bartender, was very nice and friendly. He gave us a card for free drinks at the same bar, which was a nice incentive. The room itself was clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt brand new. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was there."
