Excellent for visiting Killarney and surrounding area. 20 minute brisk walk into town. On main road which was noisy from the balcony rooms so bear in mind if you want more peace go around the back. A relaxed and friendly hotel.

Attention to detail and the whole family hotel ethos is why I have been going back to Randles. I have stayed here 3 times before and they know how to treat their customers. I had a problem with s room this time round . Plumbing in the bathroom issue and it was dealt with straight away and no messing or making excuses. The bar food was very nice and the desserts were fab. I'll be booking here again soon for my family and we look forward to seeing you all again soon.

This hotel is a good location for driving the Ring of Kerry and visiting the Dingle Peninsula. It's also about a 15-minute walk to downtown, and there is a local brewery a few blocks away with really good beer. If you drive, the parking lot is pretty small, with limited spaces. Staff was friendly and the room was clean, though if visiting in the summer, the air-conditioning is limited. As with most European hotels, no coffee in the lobby in the morning, but there is a convenient store across the street with really good coffee. If we were to visit Killarney again, we would definitely consider staying at the Dromhall.

Windows opened out to greens and a garden. Bed was comfortable and the appearance of the both the room and the entire hotel pleasant. We enjoyed spectacular breakfasts! The Browne Room (bar) was closed but we spent some time in the downstairs bar. Staff was exceedingly adept and pleasant, at reception, in the dining room, and also in the bar. We were encouraged to enjoy the whisky tasting experience and did! But one of the reasons for encouraging us was that we'd learn a fair amount about the different whiskeys. Our server knew less than we did.

Had the pleasure of staying in the Hights hotel in April. We upgraded to one of the new premium rooms, and were not disappointed. Fridge, tea coffee facilities in room. Walkin shower. We only had B&B , a big shout out to Leen in the restaurant. Every morning, she had our well-done Bacon ready after our first day. ( it's the little things that make the difference) All the restaurant staff were lovely and helpful over our 4 days . Yes, I would recommend and would stay again. Note there are two types of rooms , premium ( just renovated) and standard.

We had our wedding in the Killarney Oaks Hotel in July 2023. We couldn’t have been happier with how the day went and all our dealings with Tara and the hotel staff. The hotel were amazing to deal with from the day we booked 2 years previous. The drinks reception is still being talked about by our guests, the service and setting is stunning, delicious food and modern affordable bedrooms. Tara had everything timed to perfection, we asked her to show the All Ireland hurling semi final during the meal and we timed the speeches for half time, it was done perfectly!! Food was delicious and catered brilliantly to people with dietary requirements. Lots of staff on so service was prompt and seemless, bar was running smoothly at all times. My husband, myself and two other couples recently spent a fabulous two nights at The Victoria during our holiday tour of Ireland. During our nearly 3-week holiday we stayed in 10 different hotels around Ireland and Scotland and the Victoria House is at the top of the list. The property is beautiful, the rooms were immaculately clean, location is great, food is wonderful and the staff was amazing. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by Maura and she continued to charm, educate, and entertain us throughout our stay. She was kind, helpful, funny and all around lovely. She readily facilitated reservations and taxis when we needed them, taught us a little Gaelic, gave us tips on local establishments. She is a wonderful asset to the establishment. We also had breakfast in the hotel both mornings and it was delicious--among the best Irish breakfasts we enjoyed during our time in Ireland. Fresh and tasty. The brown bread was wonderful, black pudding delicious and the servers were just lovely. Friendly, funny and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was delicious as well. Our server there was great as well. The bar staff was superb too, always friendly and happy to meet our requests. The amenities of the hotel were also lovely, we enjoyed relaxing in the 2nd floor lounge area together after our days of touring. The overall location was great, we took a lovely walk back from the Muckross House one of our days there and enjoyed the National Park and its lovely scenery. Overall, we have only positive things to say about our stay at the Victoria and that doesn't always happen while traveling. If we are ever blessed enough to find ourselves back in beautiful Kilarney we would choose to stay here again. Thank to everyone, especially Maura.

Myself and my family stayed here for one night so we didn't see all the facilities but we had a wonderful stay. We ordered an inter-connecting family room and it was huge! We had two very spacious, spotless bathrooms and very large bedrooms connected by an internal door. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning was very effective during the heat-wave. The breakfast was nice and the staff were all very pleasant. It was easy to park in the car park provided. I'd highly recommend a stay here.
