It was lovely! We had absolutely no issue. There is valet parking ( which was super convenient as i wasnt prepared for the snow that came during the stay.) Our room was clean and well stocked. The front desk staff gave percise directions/instructions of the resort and its amenities. The ****** was great as well, it has a vibe completely separate from the hotel but was just as professional and helpful ( top tier bar 👌)

There are dried blood on the pillow case (I have a picture) and there was absolutely no hot water at all in the shower this morning.

Things were satisfactory with our stay. Except we left a pair of sunglasses on the tv stand. When we went back we’re told housekeeping did not turn them in

Request refund for 2/8/2024. The hotel had several issues to include the running water. It was so bad the front desk recommended we not drink or bath. The water was undrinkable . The toilet could not be flushed because they had to turn the water off. The television was not working as it should. To say this was a mess , is an understatement. We had to check out early.
