Бронировала номер сингл для мамы на неделю в октябре. Отель отличный, удобно расположен, комфортный, просторный номер, хорошие завтраки. Отдельное спасибо персоналу отеля за чуткое, внимательное отношение к пожилому человеку. Отдых у мамы прошел на «отлично». Выбор отеля был правильным!

Останавливались на 2 ночи, по фото впечатление было не очень, но в действительности неплохо, в принципе все обновлено, в номере есть все, что нужно - шампунь, мыло, гель, набор с зубной щеткой, вода, кофе/чай, тапочки, халат. Завтраки - есть что выбрать.

Отель никак не 4*! Если вы ностальгирует по СССР вам сюда! Скудные завтраки с полуфабрикатами , пельменями и сосисками и это за 10 т в сутки Искусственные цветы по всему отелю и застиранный ковролин . Комплимент от отеля на д.р выпивают и закусывают сами! Надо выпрашивать ! Позорище! Больше в этот отель не приедем

Ужасный отель. Лифта нет, Света после 22.00 в отеле нет, воды с 23 до 6 утра нет их не волнует, что ты заселился только в 23 и надо в душ с дороги. Выдадут 4 бутылки воды, делай что хочешь. При чем, если скандалить - воду включат. У всех соседей по улице при этом вода есть, специально звонила. Завтрак- скудный и не свежий. При заседании меняют. А йогурты так вообще на месяц просрочены. Один плюс- расположение, но это не стоит 12 000 в сутки На фото я запечатлела весь завтрак. Больше нет ничего

Приехали с супругой на длинные выходные в феврале 2023г. Отель "усталый", номер Джуниор сьют 306 - не очень уютный с мебелью в стиле "советский союз". В номере холодно, персонал включает кондиционер на обогрев. Вода еле теплая, на обращение к администратору, ответ - спустите воду подольше. Повторное обращение создало много проблем, включая вход в номер несмотря на табличку " не беспокоить", Выпустили нашу собачку из номера, пришлось возвращаться из другого города - решать проблему. Администратор Светлана непрофессионально себя повела, создала конфликт - утверждала что мы просили зайти в номер в наше отсутствие, охранник вступил в пререкания с нами. Извинений не получили, настроение испорчено, время и деньги потрачены. Проблема с горячей водой - не решена. Думаю, что это не правильный, не профессиональный подход сотрудников отеля. При этом отель хорошо расположен, перед входом в парк около коллонады и Нарзанной галереи и это его единственный плюс. Завтраки слабые, маленький ассортимент и невкусно. СПА и фитнес зоны нет. Сожалею о своем выборе отеля "Гранд отель" в Кисловодске

Если вы ностальгирует по временам СССР или лихих 90-х - то вам сюда. Уставший интерьер, грязный ковролин, обтертый обои, грибок в ванной, ОТСУТСТВИЕ ГОРЯЧЕЙ ВОДЫ в номере. Номер стоит по зимней скидке 8000₽. Просишь прислать сантехника починить горячее водоснабжение - его не отправляют проверить номер, а лишь через несколько часов передают его наказ спустить «воду подольше»… А в ответ на то, что ты это делал 10 минут - подимают плечами и говорят, что и не знают, чем ещё помочь. Табличка «не беспокоить» ни для кого из сотрудников ничего не значит. Они все равно вламываются в номер. А потом звонят тебе со словами «Ой, ваша собака убежала, возвращайтесь, ловите…» И ты с инфарктом несёшься из другого района города, чтобы спасти питомца. Администратор спокойно говорит, что относится к тебе «никак», до руководства не достучаться. Перед тобой никто ни за что даже не думает извиняться. Даже охранник нападает на тебя, прикрикивая, чтобы ты не донимал администратора. Если хотите почувствовать всю мощь антигостеприимства - вам сюда. А людям, желающим хорошо отдохнуть - избегайте Гранд Отель Кисловодск.
