We did not get much sleep due to the extreme noise through the walls in rooms next to us. We had a child traveling with us who could not sleep and it impacted our trip.

This is the spirit airlines of hotels, any add on it charged. You want housekeeping and you have to schedule and pay for it. It’s different but can’t really complain. Our coffee machine was broken and they brought a new one, just no cup. Customer service told me to get them in the lobby. Second night the lock on the door wouldn’t open so I had to go to the lobby. Everyone is friendly and the beds and pillows are comfy.

It is the most comfortable hotel where I have ever stayed. The app solves everything, you do not need help from anyone, everything is available for the client's independent use. I will definitely look for this brand of hotels again wherever I go. I highly recommend it

After four stays at Sonder in Orlando, we are happy to come back again and again. It's under ten minutes from Disney, the beds are insanely comfortable and very, very clean. Guests services are accommodating on any questions/issues. Nice, simple, clean pool and area to sit around in. However, we have found it's the ideal "just need a good night's sleep" hotel. No resort fee, which is huge, a keypad to open your door without having to see anyone after a long day at parks. This place has got it going on. It's also two minutes from Giordani's for late night munchies. Shoutout to the front desk for upgrading our room when our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We were fine to wait since it was almost done being but he insisted on giving us something immediately. We'll be back for sure.

Quite noisy - even for US standards - with little to no soundproofing. Depending on your neighbours you may sleep or not, as you can hear every (spoken word) or even the lid of the trashcan turning.
The hotel overall is in good condition and offers enough space and nice pools. We felt that the cleaning was not top notch (sticky floors), but in general the premises are well kept. Also note the concept of Sonder - you get a room, everything else (including cleaning of the room) comes at a price.

The rooms were modern and clean. Beds we're fairly comfy. The lighting for the rooms was pretty dark. No overhead lighting just a lamp on each end of the room and between the beds. Happy with the stay anyway

The stay was great there were only two issues. First was we ordered more towels and never received them and i didnt understand why but people were leaving trash just outside there rooms and it seemed to be there for more than a full day

My first staying at Sonder and it goes beyond my expectations. The facility looks pretty new, and I like the passcode way to open doors so no worry about losing the room key. The app is very helpful to check some restaurants around. And the check out process is done on the app too. Loved everything.
