To be exactly the property was in 2452 Caravelle Circle Orlando (FL) Florida United States 34746 . This was promoted like an excellent alternative. I received a lot of specific instructions about it the garbage bags, air conditioner and also offer to be able to used the pool area but it didn’t leave the key to enter. But we arrive there was garbage bags with worms in front of the property. The air conditioner only cools at night. At day it was so hot inside the house. Most of the furniture has scratches. The bed sheets in some of the rooms were dirty and the bathrooms floors too. Also they didn’t send the checking information until I have give my credit card information again for the security deposit , I was ok with this but for my surprise I was charge again for the whole reservation. After I writing from June 16 when I saw the double charge they refunded it on June 24. I was very stressful situation so I never going to used again and not recommend to anyone.

First day we arrived, house was hot when we walked in. Looked around, no pots and pans, not enough silverware for party of 7. No patio furniture. No lights on patio. Furniture inside home was old and damaged. The fridge drawer were falling apart. Fixtures in bathrooms were old, one of the tubs wouldn't drain. Worst place I ever rented from.
