Room was comfortable. Quiet and convenient parking. We were on first floor so didn't have to deal with steps. We were there 6 nights and had good cleaning service. No breakfast offer so that was inconvenient.

There is a beautiful cat that seems to live in or around the hotel. Very friendly and affectionate. Made my trip even better

Second time staying here and the hotel although old has been refurbished and looks so much better than years ago!
Staff can’t do enough for you. Gave us plenty of coffee sachets!
Beds are quite comfortable and we had a king room and the bed was massive

Don't let the appearance fool you. It's very clean and the staff is wonderful. The check-in process after hours was easy just be sure to get your code. Check-out was easy and it was 15 min from Disney parks and about 20 from the airport.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is amazing value for money! The rooms are clean and large and the staff great. Hotel condition was fine and we had no problems. For the price we paid we would absolutely stay again.

Average rating due to the following...
1. Overly noxious chemicaly smell in room.
2. Tiled floor. (Carpeting is ashtrays preferred)
3. Shower Head doesn't move.
4. Bed didn't have matress pad... it felt like we were sleeping on plastic.
5. We had King Bed-- were the top sheet and cover queen-sized? They felt too small.
Staff was wonderful.
Room was clean.
A/C good.
