"The location is in the center of Reading, very close to the train station, convenient for travel. The room is in another building and there are staff to help with luggage. The room is nice with a balcony. The hotel restaurant food is also OK. I went late on the day of check-in and only some dishes were available. The wine was good. The hotel made a mistake in the bill when checking out and charged me an extra fee. I negotiated with the platform and got it refunded. Overall I feel satisfied."

"Once the house has been moved in, no one will clean it anymore. I throw rubbish into the trash can turning downstairs. The environment is good. The door is a small tributary of the Thames. The kitchen can cook by myself. It's not too small about 35 square meters. It's just me. No one changed the sheets after staying for more than ten days. It's more like a short-term rental house."
