"This hotel offers excellent value for money compared to other hotels near Heathrow Airport. The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, including a Wendy's downstairs. The staff are polite and efficient. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel and a train station just a 2-minute walk away. The pillows and mattress were very soft and comfortable."

cafAMAZING stay! Rooms were spacious and clean with shampoo, shower gel AND conditioner. Air con was strong. Good toilet flush and shower pressure. They also allowed us to have a late check out since the room was not needed the next day. Appreciated the very good size pool. The steam and sauna were also lovely and hot. We didn't eat breakfast but the space looked huge. It's right next door to the Select Car Leasing Stadium (Madejski Stadium) with parking on site.

Lovely comfortable hotel, only drawback for us was that although they accept dogs (for which they charge quite a lot) there's nowhere to eat apart from the lobby, which is rather big and exposed, if you have the dog with you. Part of the dog policy is that they shouldn't be left alone in the room (that I agree with) but it left us having to go out of the hotel to eat at a local pub which was more dog friendly. Otherwise it was great, comfortable beds, good bathroom and a pleasant ambience, nice receptionists.

The location is in the center of Reading, very close to the train station, convenient for travel. The room is in another building and there are staff to help with luggage. The room is nice with a balcony. The hotel restaurant food is also OK. I went late on the day of check-in and only some dishes were available. The wine was good. The hotel made a mistake in the bill when checking out and charged me an extra fee. I negotiated with the platform and got it refunded. Overall I feel satisfied.

Clairey73A great hotel, close to the motorway for the night before arriving at Heathrow for early morning flight. Only 3 days before arriving, I received an email stating that the car park for the night would be £7.50 for the night. Unfortunately none of this was mentioned in the booking, be aware that there is a car parking charge overnight

raffzThe staff is friendly and polite. Although it’s a bit of a drive from Newbury and closer to Thatcham, the location isn’t too bad. There are even public transport links, with a bus stop outside on the line that connects Newbury to Reading. I haven’t tried the food yet, as it seemed a bit expensive to me. However, there’s a pub nearby that serves excellent food. Unfortunately, there’s no air conditioning, but fans are provided.

EllebelleI had a very nice 2 night stay. The room is a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Everything worked well, from the shower temperature and pressure, to good wifi. The staff was friendly, available and efficient. Unfortunately I did not have time for breakfast which was included, so cannot talk of that, but it was just a 13 min walk to a shoppmall with a big supermarket. There was a big car park, if you drive, but I came by bus from Reading Railway Station and found it a short walk from the stop on arrival and for returning to Reading the bus stop was just in front of the hotel.

Guest UserCheck in was a bit slow . But stay was decent but they could work on their cleanliness as the bath tube had stains and the toilet flush was not stopping at all was running through the whole night. And bed covers had some stains as well

Really loved everything about this hotel - from my stay to the food and it’s location close to the city centre. Will definitely choose to stay here every time I visit Reading! Staff is really friendly and helpful as well - they knock on the door every morning the room!
