I had a business trip in the cluster for three nights, the first day I came at the hotel locker at about 10 o'clock, listening to the music squeezed with the squeaking bass, the second day was safe, Well, malem to the 3rd I shocked it turns out there was a promnight event in the borobudur ballroom where the room was not sounded and the position was on lt 2 (gw at lt 3). But again, people come to the hotel to rest. If the prom is until 9 am, maybe you can understand. But it's until 11am and it's really itch. It's 11th or no, it's for the hotel's assessment. Maybe my advice is not too disturbing the show. Like it can be placed in the basic lobby and given extra noise, I really enjoy staying here because the hotel is comfortable, the food is delicious, just the minus is that really~

Those who don't like bugs don't recommend this place. This place is on the mountain. There are many ants near the food at the breakfast buffet. But the scenery is very good, and the hotel service is also very good. It's a pity that I didn't catch up with the afternoon tea when I checked in in the early morning.

overall it's okay,when the tv room is in the room,there is no sound talking to the guard directly to ask to change the room.

Strategic place, in the middle of the city, near alun2. The room is quite comfortable, but the hygiene still needs to be improved

Good and clean hotels near Ambarukmo Plaza, Located across XXI & Starbucks. Service was good and friendly. My suite room was also clean, large and comfortable. Note : hot water for shower was not stable.

Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service! The location of the hotel is in housing complex, but, easy to find and also easy access to main street. Bedroom and bathroom is clean. Don't expect to much on the room since the size is small and they don't provide electric kettle, but you can go to the dining area to get, hot/cold water from eater dispenser. They provide breakfast but very standard menu and the taste of food should be improved. Only the toast I can accept during my stay. But, the price of this hotel is worth it. The receptionist told me that this hotel usually booked by group tour, so that they only have 1 deluxe room and 1 suite room. The other room is standard room.

It is already guaranteed that playing to Jogja will stay here again 🥰

The room was nice clean,and cozy and the food was great. The breakfast variety were boost my mood. What a wonderfull time to stay with a warmest and helpfull team. Mr Agus has shown the proffessionalism and great us in every single guests momment during our stay. A nice guy you have to meet. Really reccommended Hotel to stay whilst you are in Jogjakarta Bravo....keep it up
