I book a non-smoking room but was allocated with smoking room. Need to pay extra for the nonsmoking room. They said I had requested but is not confirmed by the hotel!
Hotel lobby is at 1st floor and the elevator is hidden. After checkout, the hotel staff is not helping to bring down luggage to ground floor. After asking then he activated the elevator so that i can access to ground floor. The bed size for twin sharing and single are the same: only 120cm width! Very disappointed and regret to book this hotel. Attach photos is the stairs to lobby

Very old fashioned and a bit smelly hotel. You can see that it is very old and needs to be renovated. Good sized room but really small bed. At the entrance there is a flight of stairs and carrying suitcases is not very comfortable. The location is very central

I stayed here before and after my flight to Kobe Airport. The twin room was spacious and comfortable. It is about a 5-minute walk from Nankinmachi and the Daimaru depar**ent store. However, the front desk is on the second floor and requires stairs, so it may be a pain if you have large luggage.
