An sich ein nettes und solides Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Frühstück und Restaurant. Allerdings passt aus unserer Sicht das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht. Für das Familienzimmer mit 2 Kleinkindern haben wir 235 Euro die Nacht bezahlt. Dafür ist das Hotel einfach zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere das Bad hätte eine Sanierung nötig. Ebenfalls sehr alt und eigentlich den Namen nicht Wert ist der 'Wellnessbereich": Handtücher inkl. Saunatücher muss man vom Zimmer mitnehmen, Bademantel seperat an der Rezeption holen, Badeschlappen gibt es gar nicht. Familienfreundlich geht heutzutage auch anders, nur 2 Hochstühle im gesamten Frühstücksbereich vorhanden (Pech wenn mehr als 1 Familie zu Gast ist), Babybett kostet extra, Rausfallschutz nicht vorhanden..

Wir waren zu einer Tagung mit 30 Personen im Hotel und haben auch im angrenzenden Gasthaus gegessen. Die Zimmer waren perfekt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Tagungsraum war für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Wir haben im Gasthaus sehr gut gegessen. Alle Speisen haben unseren Teilnehmern sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gab keine Beanstandungen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben ein schönes, arbeitsreiches Wochenende in Königsdorf erlebt.

Wir waren für einen kurzen Wanderurlaub hier, ansonsten schienen vorwiegend Golfer das Hotel zu nutzen. Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig, allerdings fehlte Stauraum. Auch im sonst großen Bad fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten und das Becken in der langen Granitplatte hatte lediglich das Format eines kleinen Handwaschbeckens. Unangenehm war, dass die Heizung nur morgens lief, was gerade jetzt in der Übergangszeit das Badezimmer unangenehm feuchtkühl werden ließ, wenn man es nachmittags nach Wandern oder Sport benutzen wollte. In einem Vier-Sterne-Haus kann man auch einen kleinen Zimmersafe und Kühlschrank erwarten - hier ist noch Verbesserungspotential. Personal supernett und sehr um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Die Halbpension besteht aus vier Gängen mit großen Portionen in bester Qualität. Für Personal und Speisen gibt es das "sehr gut", Zimmer bzw. deren Ausstattung sind mit drei Punkten ausreichend bewertet.
