I just notice this is a new budget hotel, there's no lift and has to use stairs and for car parking you have to purchase and use coupon. Overall, i still had a good time staying here plus the receptionist is very polite & keep up the good work. Thank you

This hotel is very clean and quiet, good located (less than 15 minutes walk to KK sentral, 20 minutes to IMAGO or CENTER POINT shopping mall). The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had to catch a flight 6.30 AM. The night receptionist called a Grab taxi for us. It was my favorite hotel in KK.

Get compound by DBKK because this hotel don’t have its own parking for their guest. This hotel is not suitable for those that travel with their own car.

There is no elevator, the sheets are yellowed and black, and the facilities are old and simple.
The air conditioning is not powerful, the water pressure is insufficient, and there should be a separate instruction manual for how to use the water heater.
The hotel is non-smoking.
A deposit of MYR 50 is required for check-in

Facilities: The facilities are really old. The shaver was broken when I went there on the first day. It took a long time to repair it. As a result, I went to bed late and had to get up early the next day. However, the hotel did not give me any financial compensation. Their boss’s original words were that they didn’t care. The platform has negative reviews and therefore will not compensate me in any way. Please refer to it.
