It was a lovely stay at four points by Sheraton with the view of KL twin towers. The room was big with a large bed and rain shower in the bathroom (no tub). There are sufficient hangers and even an iron with ironing board.
The pool (level 4) was a nice place for kids, with slides and playgrounds for them to enjoy. Level 3 has an amazing play area like a jungle gym, with a rock wall too. A pity the gym and spa were closed during our visit.

Check in time 3pm but our room around 5pm then ready 👎
Was told that will call when the room ready but no call until we go checked with the reception staff.
The only add point was the water park and playground.

Stayed in this hotel over the weekend. Room is spacious and breakfast is good. However check in took a while. Not too sure why. My kid enjoyed the pool and the outdoor playground.

An excellent hotel for family with kids to stay, it has playground and water park facilities and water level is only 1.2 m high which are good enough for kids to spend for few hours. However not much choice for eatting around the hotel, room service price is much more reasonable but limited selection. Hotel breakfast is excellent and got different choices.

The hotel is the best for family with kids. Love the pool n the playground. 3d2n doesn't seems enough for the kids.its near to bukit nanas station. Walking distance to Quail city mall, klcc, avenue k.
