二層是當酒店的！
圖2這個屋沒有空調！
洗澡沒有熱水！

衞生一言難盡 床單被套的料子都是非常非常薄的 有一個房間的被子感覺沒換有污漬 而且掀開被子裏面皺皺巴巴給人感覺很不舒服 我們剛住進去的時候地板也非常臟 拖是拖了拖了地板反光全是水漬 就是那種拖把沒洗乾淨拖過留下的水漬 體驗感非常差 而且房間裏什麼都沒有 酒店用的拖鞋沒有 衣架也沒有 總之如果衞生條件有要求的 這家別選了 而且酒店沒有門頭 沒有任何提示 我下了地鐵打了兩個電話才找到

服務雖然佛系，但是店家的確是服務很周到！與諾富特就在一棟樓！下樓就是福海地鐵站，5號線，貫穿所有旅遊線路！太方便了。上下床也不錯，洗衣機更不錯，帶小孩很方便！視野開闊！唯一不足，空調怎麼調整風都衹吹上，上床會很熱。希望改進會更棒！

可以，很好，床夠大，床墊軟硬適中，乾淨衞生。因為是loft結構，孩子們都很興奮，喜歡的不得了！可惜衹在昆明暫時停留了一天，不然就多住幾天了。周圍很多吃飯的地方，過了馬路有個南亞風情街，吃喝玩樂不是問題。這個酒店就在福海地鐵站旁邊。

體驗感很好，剛好遇到元旦，訂了她家的兩天，我們一大家人出行，本來訂的是雙床房，然後酒店給免費升級成三床了，房間很大很寬敞，床是三個一米八多的大床，住着非常的舒適，後面退房了手機不小心落下了，前台小姐姐也很熱心的幫我找了寄回，各方面都挺不錯的，她家房間類型多，有出行的朋友可以優先考慮一下。

還不錯，退房方便，出行方便，值得推薦，而且離海埂大壩、昆明滇池都很近，環境衞生也還可以，新酒店適合一家子入住，租車的話三環以內都有車接送，旅行方便，到撫仙湖1個半小時，推薦攜程租車服務。真的出門都是攜程，忠粉，本次住宿、出行、用車、逛景點都是攜程預訂的，推薦一波，最後想説，昆明空氣好、景區環境好，昆明人熱情，頓頓都是過橋米線，吃的有點想離開了

連住兩天，大早上消防叫個沒完沒了，兩天早上都是睡夢中驚醒，空調出風口在上面，樓下一層更本吹不到，外面下雨冷的要命，看個電視還要裹着被子，樓上太悶更本沒法睡覺，第一次差評，無語了。
