首先房間衞生打掃的不乾淨，衞生間能看到不知道是上一撥還是上第幾撥客人用完隨手丟在牆角沒有被打打掃的一次性牙膏；其次房間內發現白色疑似不明葯片；其三電視信號不好全程就一個服務員喊來維修了兩次才勉強弄好；其四電梯口視頻廣告噪音很大一直影響到睡眠但服務員説控制權不在他們酒店無法處置；其五遇到問題多次撥打服務電話無人迴應導致半夜三更還要下樓親自去找；其六電梯到不了負一樓停車庫，行李還需要從負一樓經車庫入口繞行提到一樓；其七停車位需要另收費。

房間跟洗手間都不擁擠，晚上街道也挺安靜的。上樓晚上要刷卡才能進安全性不錯，不過衞生不太滿意，住進去不知道是誰的頭繩還扔在地上，我定了三間房，房間裏的洗頭膏沐浴液都不一樣，感覺像是從哪裡拿的擺出來的一樣，網速還行，不過空調很吵，沙發上都是水漬什麼的，不舒服

住11層，視野開闊！口杯，馬桶墊都有一次性的，非常乾淨衞生，100多塊錢可以住這麼好的酒店，太值了！

前幾天去昆明，選擇唐巢酒店，環境服務都沒得説，前台接待特別熱心！另外，離店時寶貝買的小禮物忘在酒店房間，前台小姐姐貼心找了快遞郵寄！感謝！

總體很滿意，房間又大又乾淨，每天都有人來打擾衞生。周邊環境也不錯，值得推薦給其他人。是我在昆明住過的性價比很高的酒店了。

感覺床單不是很乾凈，第一天晚上睡覺前發現有幾根毛髮。
前台小姐姐通情達理，表示可以延遲到下午兩點前退房。
