該酒店在攜程網上標明，“免費停車”。可本人剛到酒店辦理入住手續時，前台服務員馬上告知，停車費要自付。一是在酒店裡掃碼付；二是到出入口付。並説，如果旅客不同意的話可取消訂單。本人衹説先住下，等退房時再説。
第二天，本人在退房時跟前台服務員交涉停車費時，服務員卻罵本人是“無賴”，態度極差。本人出示該酒店在攜程網上“免費停車”的承諾據理力爭，在本人的堅持下，服務員才十分不情願地給本人提供贈送停車費的二維碼。
綜上，昆明雲天商務酒店網上是一套，實際又是另一套，有欺詐嫌疑；罵旅客是“無賴”態度惡劣。

房間小，想喝茶沒有開水壺，想洗澡沒有熱水，非常不好的體驗，開房退房不到四個小時實在難受趕快撤離，很糟糕。

這個酒店不能住，之前預訂過，航班耽誤沒有入住，不退錢，這個可以理解。可今下午突然收到自動扣款，，訂單顯示12號到13號。今天14號。下午突然自動扣款。我都沒去入住過了。預訂酒店，都是立馬付款，你們總得給客户個説法吧。
