賓館位置一般，距離地鐵站有兩公里的距離，最近的一個公交站也要900米左右，唯一的優點是靠近官渡古鎮景區。樓下就有吃飯的地方，總之一分錢一分貨吧，五十塊錢都不到的房間價格還是很便宜，房間空間還可以，但衞生一般。新開張但不是新裝修，牆皮有脱落，所有賓館的衞生間都很一般。前台服務還是很不錯的，另外值得注意的是，昆明好多好多賓館酒店都沒有空調，甚至連風扇都沒有。所以晚上開窗的話，又有蚊子，關窗的話又很悶。雖然空氣質量七八月份的温度晚上還是十幾度，但還是要看個人接受情況，實在不行高級的酒店就有空調。建議大家訂酒店前一定問清楚酒店是否有空調。
