住宿：環境不錯，衞生乾淨。同棟二樓還有他們電競酒店旗下的電競網咖，去裏面溜達了一圈，居然發現了兒時我們經常玩的街機，工作人員送了我兩個幣體驗了一把，感覺回到了童年時代。服務：前台小姐姐、客房阿姨、網咖網管服務都挺上心的。配置：3060的，玩遊戲啥都不錯！！位置：崑山市玉山鎮人民南路132號玉峯大廈院內，附近有公交站、高鐵站、商場、步行購物街都不算遠。總體：整體裝修都還不錯，服務態度也OK

兄弟們，放心沖！性價比真的很高，而且交通非常方便，崑山南高鐵站打車10分鐘就到了，店裡的裝修風格偏科技時尚，帶主題特色，電腦配置很好，價格也不貴和朋友在這玩了三天挺舒服的。

沒有早餐。 今天中午退房發生了極度惡劣的事情。
電梯把我關在裏面並且從4樓向下墜落。整個電梯黑了。把我嚇壞了，我報警了，警察和消防人員都來了。這個酒店上一次去住電腦不好用體驗感很差，酒店方面本來應該當天給我的説法拖到了昨天才給我。
然後在警察的處理下，酒店方居然説電梯經常出問題，這次還是人為的，電梯維修人員不做任何措施直接拉閘。把我困在裏面。蓄意謀殺嗎，這要是年紀大的直接來個突發心臟病過去了，酒店，物業通通要擔責。 我因為急着出差，也就沒和酒店理論。總之是非常非常糟糕的體驗。這電梯裏沒有所謂的報修電話。我衹能報警

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，因為兒子想感受一次電競酒店就選擇的這家，雖然不大但服務熱情周到，尤其要感謝一下店長，因洗衣需要甩幹找到店長，雖沒有洗衣服務，店長還幫問詢鄰家酒店是否有洗衣服務，因較晚已半夜11點多沒找到，最後店長不惜休息時間用內部洗衣機幫我們解決燃眉之急！房間遊戲主機箱也很炫酷，地理位置在城市中心，購物、用餐、交通很是方便！下次來崑山還會選擇這家！給贊
