The room was very good and clean. The quality of the facilities in the bathroom is not very good. The environment is beautiful, this hotel is my second stay. The hotel has parking spaces, free of charge.

The first time I came to Kuopio, Finland, I chose this hotel. The overall experience was quite good! The hotel staff is warm, the infrastructure is complete and the experience is very good. The sauna is comfortable, the first time I have a free sauna in the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for One Night. The location is very Beautiful, with the splendid view to Kallavesi. It is Close to a park and the city centre. The room was ok size, but pretty worn out. The flooring should be replaced, since it is in bad shape. The interior was directly from Scandics style manual, the same Furniture can be found in Scandic Park in Helsinki. Even the Wall to Wall carpets are the same in the hallways. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The room was a bit Cold with the a/c on and the bedding was too warm for me. The weird thing was that when I arrived, there was a dog water Bowl in the room, even though I dont have a dog. Maybe leftovers from previous guests... The restaurant food was delicious and service was top notch. The breakfast in the morning was the standard Scandic breakfast as Always.

We have stayed in the same suite a few years ago. Then we felt that the room was sp****ly furnished. After that, the suites have been refurbished. Now there was too much furniture, at least in the living room. The bathtub had been removed from the spacious bathroom. The air conditioning worked lazily and mostly in the room corridor. The living room window could be opened but not in the bedroom. So we had another hot night. The hotel was fully booked also here. The breakfast buffet was the most chaotic we encountered on our six-night trip. Luckily they had opened the Ehta restaurant for extra tables. It was pleasantly calm there but a long way to the buffet. Maybe another coffee and juice station could be set in Ehta. Our stay had a quite good value for a summer sale (-40%) price of 214 euros.
