We booked the most basic double room, which is designed to be very warm and comfortable. Although it is not big, it is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, range hood, and even pots and pans, which is very convenient. The hotel was newly opened in December, so I was worried about the smell, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared an air purifier, and there was basically no smell. The room has a small balcony, directly facing the ski lift, and you can even see Mount Yotei on a clear day. There is also a public hot spring bath on the L floor of the hotel. It is very comfortable to take a dip after skiing during the day. The toiletries are also Aesop and Dyson hair dryers. There is also a paid private hot spring facing Mt. Yotei. The weather was not good for a few days, so I didn’t experience it. I saw the photos online and they are very impressive. Breakfast: Semi-buffet style, choose a main dish + buffet. There are not many dishes and they are not updated every day. It is slightly inferior. In terms of service, the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off services from nearby stations for check-in and check-out. You need to send an email to the hotel in advance to make a reservation. Free pick-up and drop-off is also provided within the town of Hirafu during your stay. Basically, it is Alpha pick-up, which is a plus. ski: It is right next to the ski resort, and it is very convenient to slide in and out. There is a ski equipment hall on the first floor, and each room is equipped with a ski storage cabinet. There is also a ski equipment rental service and a ski school.

To be honest, Shancui still needs to be a bit more upscale in all aspects. My feeling when staying at Muwa this time is that the location is really good, which is the biggest advantage. However, the hardware in the room is very average. It can be described as ordinary. There is even no bedside. The function of turning off the lights with one click makes me most speechless. To be honest, the service was not bad, and the breakfast was not as bad as expected. Secondly, because there is comparison, this is a question. I stayed in Shancui in January. Since the public parking lot in Niskeo does not allow private cars to stay overnight, I had to park back to the hotel. At that time, the front desk of Shancui told me that the parking fee was originally 5,000 yen per night, but if you find it convenient , drive out and park in public areas during the day, and drive back and park at the hotel at night, without paying parking fees. Although the price is not more than 5,000, Shancui makes me feel very comfortable. But this time at muwa, not only was the parking fee not waived, of course I didn't ask for it, but every time I drove back to the hotel, the receptionist at the gate watched your car like a thief, where you parked it, and even chased you You have to hand over the keys to him because they have valet parking, which actually feels like a fee to me. This made me very uncomfortable. I had the same feeling almost every day when I drove back to the hotel and parked my car. In the end, I stayed for more than 10 days. My summary of my feelings is that it is a little disappointing because it is such a good location and has a better check-in experience.

There is valet parking. Probably 5,000 yen per night. The hot spring is a little small, but there is a sauna and a cold bath. There is also a spa. There are Italian restaurants and a Japanese restaurant serving wagyu beef. The Italian food is quite delicious. The hospitality is also high. I stayed in a two-bedroom room, which was easy to use. There was a kitchen and a washing machine, which was convenient. I really liked the sofa. However, there were some issues with adjusting the room temperature. The bathtub was too stylish and difficult to use. The toilet and shower room were slightly flawed in the design. Soft aspects: The hospitality of the staff is high. The hospitality of the restaurant is especially high. The breakfast is delicious. You order a buffet and a main course. With valet parking, there is often no one at the driveway, so you often have to leave the keys in the car. I left it there because it was a rental car, but I would never do that if it was my own car. The room cleaning was a little lacking. The bathtub was not cleaned properly. I stayed for 5 nights, but in the Niseko area where the grand opening takes place every year, it may be difficult to use it again.
