Kutchan Hotels with Wi-Fi

My husband and I are highly disappointed with Park Hyatt Niseko. We prepaid and booked a stay for March 2023. We subsequently had a conflict with our dates and contacted Hyatt app via the chat function in January 2023 to check if we can cancel or see alternative options. We were told by the agent that we could cancel and receive a full refund of over $2,000, so we went ahead and cancelled and kept screenshots of this conversation. We also called the hotel to confirm and were again told that we will be issued a refund. However, several months later we have not received the refund. We have worked with our credit card company to resolve this, but they were told by the hotel that no refund will be issued as the cancellation occurred within the 60 day window. Yet we have documented proof from Hyatt that told us in writing that we would be issued a full refund. Otherwise we would not have canceled and made alternative arrangements. We are very disappointed by your hotel, and consider this extremely dishonest, deceiving and not al all representative of a reputable and professional hotel brand.

I stayed in the middle of the ski season in February 2023. Good points The exterior looks like a hot spring built during the bubble period compared to the surrounding hotels, and I thought it might be a loss at first glance. However, the interior was new and the inside of the room (although the rooms seem to be new and old) was modern and comfortable. The large communal bath is a hot spring and has an open-air bath. There were many people during the ski season, but the bathhouse was large so I was able to take a relaxing bath. The meal was a buffet, but it was relatively authentic, and the tempura and steak were delicious. It was more than expected. Bad places The correspondence of the staff (especially the receptionist) is subtle. Although it was full of many customers during the check-in time zone, the person in charge was only about 1-2 names. Moreover, there are many English / Chinese, but there are many staff in one word, and it took time to respond. Some people broke into the row and came in, but they weren't so concerned. Also, I only said that I needed guidance, and even if I asked where and when the bath was, I was only told ”it is written”. Anyway, if it is a cheap hotel overseas, I wanted to give a little more hospitality if it is a hotel of a certain rank in Japan. It's a ski / snowboard relationship, but lift tickets and rentals will be another building. It's not just this hotel, but it's a little far away, but I thought I would improve the convenience a little more. Also, this time was １ night ２ 5,000 yen with breakfast and dinner. I think it can't be helped, but I want it to be a place that Japanese people can enjoy.

The bunk bed room we stayed in actually has four beds that can sleep four people. The hotel is very new and clean. There is a special room for snowboards. Bathing is in the large bathing area. There is also a bath and the toilet is shared. Everything is very clean. , the public area is also very lively at twelve o'clock in the evening. In front of the hotel are a bus stop, a large supermarket, and a Lawson convenience store. The locally produced sashimi in the supermarket is so cheap. You can take the bus directly to Otaru from the bus stop in front of the hotel. We go directly to the hotel from Rusutsu Ski Resort to the hotel entrance. We go to and from Niseko Ski Resort many times a day, which is very convenient.

This hotel delivers more than expected! Usually the websites over promise and under deliver however this was the other way around! As others have mentioned rooms are quite small but completely adequate, the only thing we could suggest would be to offer coffee & tea in the room (there is a kettle & fridge). Bathroom has toileteries which are decent quality. Room was warm and thus ski clothes were dried well. There is good storage for ski equipment and a lovely small gym with good quality kit (open 24/7) All staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the area giving good instructions and suggestions for places to eat. There is a shuttle service to the town but it is also a pleasant walk (without ski gear!) The small convenience store on site is ok but a little expensive (although this is independant of the hotel) Breakfast is plentiful, everything fresh and inviting to eat - there is an egg station where you can get eggs any which way. The diner us surprisingly good - a small menu but made to order and like breafast very fresh. The bar does happy hour and some lovely cocktails :) There is a ”common room” whereby you can cook for yourself - this would be good if travelling in a group. Overall a great mid priced (low for the area!) hotel

Love this hotel from the moment I stepped in, gorgeous ambience, great service at reception! Room is expensive for one person stay but worth every penny. Regardless how long your stay is, one room entitled to one time free usage of private onsen (after that is charged) for 45mins. There is free public onsen beside it. Yoga classes are available for sign up for fee. Ski shop Rhythm and Afuri ramen looks great but I didn’t get a chance to visit. Ski storage available but not practical esp for those who rent, as you need to carry the heavy equipment back and forth from ski base to hotel (10min up-downhill walk or take free shuttle). Apt style hotel is well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine-dryer, dishwashing machine. Breakfast is great! Toilet and room is spacious and bed is good. I would return!!! Best recommended for families esp those with mix interest besides ski/snowboard. Near to street side restaurants, Lawson is across.

Yvonne and colleagues were all very cheerful and always ready to offer assistance. Very clean and great scent throughout the ground floor and check in lobby. Free ride up to Gondola saved us energy climbing all the way up. Much appreciated for the complimentary upgrade to bedroom suite with city view. As the first stop of our honeymoon trip, my wife and I were delighted and already missing the restful experience!

The best, best and best hotel on this trip! !! The individual is a very demanding person, this hotel is impeccable from service to environment to facilities. The hotel is very new. It has been open for about a year, right next to the snowy mountains, and our room has unbeatable views! !! I like the modern decoration of the hotel! !! The appliances, kitchenware, tableware, etc. are all high-end brands! Bedding and daily necessities are very useful. Although it was not very rare when we were here in the snow season, the extreme service attitude of the hotel staff impressed me and tried my best to solve the problem for me. When I left, Hao dumped 1000yen for the younger brother who carried the luggage. I really liked this hotel

Booked the Hirafu Mountain View Suite. The four-person house was slightly crowded. It didn't look so big in the photos. It was two rooms pulled out by partitions. The hotel is in a good location. The closest base to the Snow Mountain is base, which is a 5-minute walk away. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. Hotel health and service were in place, the reception staff were fluent in Chinese and English, and there were no communication problems.

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Miru Niseko in March 2023. Our group was 3 adults & 2 small children, and we had interconnecting apartment rooms. The rooms were so comfortable, clean, spacious and well designed. Amazing snowy views from all windows and very peaceful. We loved the Blackwood grill for breakfast everyday - the adults tried all kinds of different Japanese and western breakfasts and the picky children were accommodated for very well. On our last night we had the course dinner and were blown away - do not miss this and book in advance! It was such a special dining experience. The in-house Onsen is gorgeous - there are indoor and outdoor pools to experience. Perfect after a day on the slopes. The Miru Niseko is only 4 minutes drive from Hirafu town and there is a convenient shuttle bus running morning, lunch, and the evening so you can get in and out without needing a private car. All the staff were so welcoming and wonderful, and went the extra mile to help us and recommend restaurants and activities. 10/10 we will be back - the chalets look amazing and we will try those next time! An extremely well maintained ski resort, with an awesomw view of Mount Yotei. Situated right below the foot of Mt Annapuri, and next to the Hirafu Lift with her own ski-in and ski-out valet on Level 2. My son and I stayed in their one-bedroom suite and their in-room amenities were great. Although it is a pity that they don't seems to provide room-service of food, as I was feeling unwell and still needed to dine at the restaurant for my breakfast and lunch. Their resort was staffed with an internationalised team who can cater to multiple language needs, and they are all very warm and attentive. Their response to my queries over messaging prior to my arrival was extremely helpful and prompt to arrange the ski lesson and snowmobiling experience. I am grateful. The breakfast spread is generous with seafood, served in a fusion Jap restaurant. Although their display of the breakfast can be further thought through, the flow and the positioning aren't optimal. The narrow lane also seemed to be crowded with watching service crew. Overall, I love the room ... It was perfect.
