It's only a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. It's very convenient. There are all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets, medicines and cosmetics nearby. It's a pity that the house prices are so expensive during the cherry blossom season. I really cried. I cried and cried and cried.

The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, which is very convenient. The living functions nearby are also quite good, including supermarkets/fresh food supermarkets/restaurants. It's just that the toilet in the room has a very strong smell of urine I rinsed the whole bathroom with shower gel and it's still bad The hotel has no counter, so you need to go to their office at Kyoto Station to check in. There is a large open kitchen in the lobby on the first floor. You can buy ingredients and cook them yourself. Very convenient, we went to the fresh food supermarket to buy Japanese Kuroge Wagyu beef Washing machines and dryers are free, as well as laundry detergent (laundry balls) I think it's okay for this price, except for the bathroom problem

Check in place is not a place to check in It's a bit of a hassle, it's not very far, but you have to walk about a street or two The room is not big, but the equipment is good The service staff are very polite There is a shared kitchen and washing machine

First time we tried out something other than a hotel. A pre-check in form was provided via email (and resent very quickly when I inquired about the missing link). Their check in office is across from the Kyoto JR station where everything was explained for you. Check out is easy as you deposit your key in to the box. The actual residence is about a 10 minute walk away. We booked a double twin room with no kitchen. Some had a kitchen but we didn't really want to cook on our trip. We did use the communal kitchen area for snacks we brought from outside. Place was clean and untensils, plates were well stocked. There is a person working at the front desk at night an I do notice he does a bit of tidying up in the kitchen area. The store luggage area is self storage. You get a passcode into the room where you lock your own suitcase with a very confusing lock. It took us (and a few others) a bit of confused trial and errors to figure it out. The beds were really soft and confortable. Excellent wifi. The best was the bathroom. The shower, toilet and sink were all separated so the three of us didn't have to wait around while one person held up the bathroom. Nice little bathsalts were provided along with a huge bottle of water. The toilet had a sink on the top that activated when you flushed the toilet so it was handy to give a quick rinse before leaving to the sink to properly wash your hands. As everything is self service, you clean your own towels. There is a laundry room on the ground floor. Trash is thrown out yourself. There are plenty of garbage bags available. Nice experience and would return to them again.

So glad we booked this property for 5 nights in the middle of our holiday to Japan. There is so much to see nearby, and the apartment was clean and comfortable like a home away from home. It had a great bathroom and washing facilities. Only improvement I could suggest is it would be good to have ice cube trays in the freezer. The weather was hot and we all wanted ice in our drinks when we got back in the afternoon.

I was very disappointed with this stay. Actually, we only stayed 1 night and decided to stay at another property. It should be clearly updated on ******* that there isnt a check in desk at the hotel location. You need to check in two blocks away , upstairs via a tiny elevator that tries its best to crush you. The check in office looks like a boiler room. After check-in you go to the hotel which is more like a dorm house. There isn't really a front desk person - you pick your keys up via a lock box and enter. The room was very small for 3 people. Most of it the square footage is narrow hallway. The bath tub was the size of a foot bath, and there is a step that is designed to trip you or cause one to break a toe in the middle of the night. Terribly designed room. They have a phone at the front that is only for calling a taxi or 911. After checking in to a much better but similarly priced hotel. I spent my own money to uber back and return the keys. They do not have a check out process other than "drop your keys in the box". I dropped off my keys and then was harassed with two phone calls and an email saying i only returned 1 key. Note, they will charge you a tourist fee on top of the ******* price, they are also trying to charge me for the key they lost. I dont know how this place received good reviews. Never again.

Fantastic place to stay, highly recommend this place. Very clean and close to railway station and restaurants.

The apartment was clean and the mini kitchen comes in handy for making breakfast everyday. The family suite room is really spacious. Walking distance to main Kyoto station and nearby Keihan Railway station. Is great that there was no issue during the whole stay there and we do not need to activate any of the staff within or after office hours.

The hotel is very good, comfortable and very clean. I really liked the ares very close to Kyoto station, many restaurants around.

We stayed for a few nights, The location is great, near to kyoto station. The room is clean, has all the amenities you need with a shared laundry room and kitchen. The wifi is good with fast internet speed in the room and lobby. Smart tv with netflix.

We stayed for one night at the Resi Stay. The staff was very nice and clearly explained the check-in procedure and provided us with a brochure with all the instructions. The room was clean and basic. The only thing we didn't like was that we had to check in at a separate building. We were exhausted from a long day and being tourists, it took us a while to find the reception building which is a 5-minute walk from Kyoto station (but took us longer because we could not find it). Once you check-in, it is another 10-minute walk to the property.

Booked 4 nights. About 8 mins walk from Kyoto station. There is a kitchen and laundry area in the service apartment. 3 washers and 3 dryers, however you need to queue for the washers or dryers esp in the night time. Room is ok. The only trouble is check in is at another building which take about 5 mins walk.
