The external environment is a bit messy

More than sufficient for what we needed. The staff were very polite. Breakfast was lovely. Room was clean

It was very convenient getting around by car. Close to everything we needed. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly.

Quite stay for us to rest before going to Vanderbelt Hospital for outpatient procedure. Was able to get rest. Was clean, had breakfast. Would stay again.

Good, clean hotel. Beds ok for comfort. Breakfast was very good and had space for many people. Great coffee/cappacino machine we all loved. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff was great, very responsive and courteous. Breakfast is good, the coffee machine is wonderful. The location is nothing special, but there’s a deli in the building that’s open till 5 am, and the hotel is reasonably close to everything (10 min to both downtown and the airport). There were some minor issues with my original room, but the night clerk helped me move to a new one. Here’s what happened: on the first night, I was awakened around 4:30 am by a loud beep repeating every few seconds. Turns out, the smoke detector battery had run out. There was no maintenance personnel on site, so I had to switch rooms, which was unpleasant as I had already unpacked and was very tired after a long flight. Chandu was kind enough to help me move my stuff. Thanks Chandu! The rooms have definitely seen better days. Switching from faucet to shower head in the tub is a pain, pipes are leaking, water pressure isn’t great, and any attempt to increase it also makes the water much hotter. The AC and fridge are quite noisy. The TV set in my new room would lose brightness a few seconds after turning on, and there was no way to adjust it. I reported the issue to the front desk. Overall, it was an ok experience at a reasonable price by today’s standards.

The place was very clean and neat but unfortunately the mattress was hard, as well as the pillows. Breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. I'd say this place is good for a one night stay, my neck and shoulders probably couldn't have done another.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. 5 minutes from downtown at a third of the price. Breakfast was great. The staff really pays attention to everything going on around the property to make sure everyone feels safe.

Room was slightly warm regardless of air conditioning setting. Other than that, a very nice place to stay

I give a 3.5 for this property, mostly due to the age. Staff were ok but nothing really stood out other than the lady who prepared breakfast. She was friendly and did a good job keeping everything full. Hotel is located in a rather sketchy area and does not compare to the Best Western Plus in Antioch. I will complete a separate review for that location. I have a hard time believing that the sunrise location should be considered a Plus.

It had established residents staying there. There was not a lot of parking available

It’s ok for what you pay. It could be cleaner but they are not. The guy at the front desk was super nice. The breakfast was ok but they ran out of food way before 9am.

I checked in on 03/24/2024 and the guy that was at the front desk was very rude.

The hotel needs working amenities, upgrade on appliances . The microwave is 1950 not digital you have to turn knob. Ice machine on 2nd floor it’s Not working that’s where I am staying in Handicap Room ..That should be 1st priority to get fix. Big inconvenience and dangerous if I get hurt going to 1st or 3rd floor for ice…
