Didn’t get my room I paid for the night. Had to rebook with another hotel nearby.

The hotel's greatest assets are its excellent, complimentary full breakfast and the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who frequently receive high praise. The location is convenient, offering quick access to the airport (BNA) and easy ride-share routes to downtown attractions. However, be aware that cleanliness and room maintenance can be inconsistent. While many guests report comfortable, clean stays, some reviews mention minor issues like wear and tear or occasional musty odors. Overall, it’s a good option if you prioritize great service and breakfast over a guaranteed pristine room condition.

Basically satisfied, but there is a problem. It was more than 500 yuan on the first day, but it became more than 1,000 yuan when I made the reservation on the second day. There is no integrity. It feels like big data is really taking advantage of the old customers.

The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. The surrounding area was safe, and parking was convenient and free. When the door lock malfunctioned, they immediately moved us to another room. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection and infrequent replenishment.
