Acapulco Resort Convention Spa

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time. Dinner was ok and breakfast a lot better. It seems that the best facilities are reserved for the high rollers. We were invited to the hotel previously and had a fantastic meal in the main building however this time we left dissatisfied and won’t go back to stay.

Good hotel

The resort was good value for money. Asra from the customer relations team helped to make it more memorable by being helpful and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely visit the resort again, the scenery was what we needed. Thank you.

Our stay at Acapulco Hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff, especially Adem at Seaside Restaurant, made us feel like VIPs. Esra the guest relations manager and her team Sina and Şerife were exceptional, ensuring our every need was met with a smile. The hotel is perfect for families, and the food, thanks to Asel, Seher and Emre at Lobby Bar, was divine. Special thanks to Kamuran, the bellboy, for his attentive service. The rooms were impeccably clean, and Muhammet at Sunset Restaurant provided breathtaking views. Mucahit, Ugur and Asya at the reception were also incredibly helpful. We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I had a lovely week at Acapulco Resort Convention Spa & ****** beginning of April. Our room was lovely,cleaned and fresh towels every day. Breakfast and dinner there is so much choice as I have a dietary restrictions ( Diabetes and lactose intolerance ) there was so much to choose from but I couldn’t resist to have a delicious baklava every evening well I was on holiday. Lunch at the sea side a la carte has a good and reasonably priced menu. Maza restaurant has an excellent menu and wine list. We loved it so much were returning with our family in the summer. Thank you Belgin at Cyprus Paradise for arranging our bookings again.

A Wonderful Stay Experience I stayed at this hotel last week and my experience was fantastic! The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and inviting, and the sincerity of the staff is truly commendable. Especially Sina Bey, Esra Hanım, and Şerife Hanım from the Guest Relations Department, impressed me with their hospitality and helpfulness. Thanks to them, I felt at home during my stay. Additionally, it was nice to encounter the helpfulness and kindness of Bellboy Kamuran Bey. The professional service from Ugur Bey at the reception desk also made my stay more enjoyable. And when I visited the Sunset Restaurant for dinner, I was very pleased with Yakup Bey's excellent service and delicious meals. The cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel are also commendable. It's definitely a place I would like to visit again. Thanks to all the hotel staff for a wonderful experience!

The worst hotel you can ever visit, on arrival the staff were very unwelcoming made us feel extremely uncomfortable it’s like they couldn’t be bothered to check us in and show us our rooms. They didn’t even bother to explain where the restaurant was as it wasn’t inside the hotel we had to find it ourselves. Once we got to the restaurant there was a herd of stray cats roaming around the entrance, they were even in the dining hall wandering around, laying on chairs, tables very very unhygienic all you can smell is cat urine. Dining hall was just a shamble very unorganised and the staff there seemed uninterested in there job. It was that bad me and my husband booked this hotel for 10 nights we checked out the very next morning.At checking out the receptionist didn’t even notice that we are checking out 9 days early that clearly shows the lack of communication and customer care.
