Grand Hotel Henri

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. I really want to point out how service minded and helpful they were! We only stayed one night but will definitely come back. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, super comfortable bed and good amenities. We asked for a baby bed for our baby and they kindly provided us with a bed, baby blanket and a little embroidered bath cape for her to borrow. Breakfast and bar was very nice with good ambiances. I really recommend this hotel!

Warm welcome. Spacious, comfy, elegant and clean room. Delicious breakfast (cf Pâtisserie- Tea-room Eugénie) Staff and owners are very attentive without being intrusive or anything of the kind. Felt like coming back home. Many thanks

We were really looking forward to our stay. Well, that was until we saw the room. We thought this was a 4 star with a Michelin restaurant, what we were shown was a room with a direct view of the bed from the car park. The room was described as a classic room, garden level, accessed via French doors. A view on inner courtyard. There was no view, no garden other than a path leading straight into the car park, which the staff used to drag wheelie bins and go back and forth to the terrace and no inner courtyard to see. After complaining that it was no more than a motel room and definitely not as described, the receptionist very begrudgingly accepted to move us at our cost. We were disgusted. After further complaints we were given an upgraded room for 2 nights but had to move back to the motel room on the 3rd. Unfortunately I was poorly during the stay and on asking if there was room service there was none, so my partner had to go and find a takeaway open. The constant comings and goings from cars and motorbikes with their lights shining through the window and doors banging was just ridiculous and then top it off, a restaurant over the road was holding a party with banging music all night. As for the motel room, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, black mould in the shower and on the ceiling, which is a huge health hazard and a huge crack running along the wall in the WC badly patched and painted over. The only window you could open was the door so the aircon was on constantly. 4 stars. I think not! No we definitely would not stay here again and would advise anyone else to seriously think before doing so.

We spent 2 nights here and used it as a home base. The location is perfect, walking distance into the main town center, but far away from the noisy bars. Service and facilities were top notch. Private parking lot adjacent to the hotel was convenient. Many notable Provence towns are 30 min away by car so this is a great central location.

I travel a lot in Europe, and I don’t think I’ve ever received a warmer welcome than from Teva at the front desk! He made sure I didn’t need to change rooms during my stay despite 2 separate reservations, recommended a perfect restaurant, and made me feel like the only guest at the hotel despite the crowd. WOW!

Excellent hotel in a superb spot with an outstanding manager in Teva. We will be back and stay longer next time. Restaurant not open on the day we visited. Teva went way beyond his remit to make sure we had a lovely evening at a local restaurant.

We were here as a couple and also met family here. The service at this hotel was impeccable and all with a smile. It was small Hotel and felt very intimate. The concierge listened to our desires and gave us a great idea for our one unplanned day which will be remembered. Our meals and coffees were wonderful and The pastries were otherworldly. With a fabulous location, fabulous AC in a heatwave, beautifully decorated rooms, lobby bar and garden, in lovely L’Isle-Sur-La-Sorgues, our vacation was enhanced. I highly highly recommend.

I loved this hotel. Typically French so welcoming and a lovely hotel. Very comfortable and convienent . We will be back ❤️🤍💙
