We had a smartbox present with spa and romantic dinner included... The hotel personnel was very nice and helpful, but the room we received was tiny, nothing special about it. The extra room we booked for my mother and daughter did not have the breakfast included, which was a bit of a bummer, taking in consideration the price... We were told the beach is close by, 5 minutes away and after we were directed towards the main street with shops and restaurants we walked about 25 minutes... The spa was less than what we were hoping for: A jacuzzi, two different sauna and something like a big bathtub for a pool. We were allowed only one hour, but in this time other couples were there, so we had to wait to use the shower or one of the spa places. No massage available or other services. The dinner took place in something like a fancy restaurant in the center of the town, but the food (the menu reserved for the deal we had) was not fine at all, we turned sick and with the stomach running after this dinner. Besides the restaurant was very busy and noisy and there was nothing romantic about it... The breakfast was fine, but the pancakes and pastry were not fresh, so the french breakfast was a bit of a let down. We left the rooms before check out time at 12.00, at 10 in the morning. I kept one key in case i wanted to come back from the beach for a shower and return the key at 12.00, as agreed and I informed the desk person. Even though my husband was there to return the key at 12, we were already (!) extra charged, because they assumed we left with the key... They agreed to refund but it will take around 3 days to one week. So there were ups and downs with this deal and the hotel stay... Thanks the weather and beautiful ocean site that we were left with a good feeling and we might come back, but surely for a better deal when it comes to accommodation.

It was our children who offered us this little hotel, very warm welcome, the staff was really very good, quick check in, beautiful modern and well equipped room, low prices, the breakfast was excellent, very good coffee, good bread, there was sweet and savory, fast service, we also liked this hotel for its calm and very well located in relation to the accommodation of our children, we had not used our car and it was really nice

We came as a gift. Hotel very well located very close to the trade (we did everything on foot, especially to go to the restaurant in the evening by the sea), clean and pleasant room and rather quiet despite the road side, peaceful street. Very nice bedding. Hearty and very good breakfast with lots of choice. The downside goes to the spa side, jaccuzi out of order, sauna not very hot, and very limited hammam with paint that tears on the plastic and a lot of light (everyone sees inside) Little privacy in the spa , with the passage from the care that takes place in the same place. Despite all that, we took a back treatment which was very very pleasant. The masseuses are very kind and attentive to us. Big + for all the staff who are welcoming.

Habitué des best western , l hotel avenue bois d amour ne vaut pas un 4 etoiles....nous avions la chambre 212. Moquette tachée, toiles d'araignée ds la chambre wc sans lavabo. pas de prise ds sdb. Finition médiocre. Petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le tarif, reste presque plus rien, même le pain. Spa propre mais pas niquel. Moisissures aux mur et ligne de flottaison jacuzzi sale et grasse. Personne du spa dit un bonjour très furtif et ne souri pas du tout . Manque d intimité car tt les rideaux sont enlevés. Cet hôtel ne peut pas et qualifié d excessivement sale mais il ya un gros manque de finition et d hygiène. A notre sortie nous faisons connaissance avec d'autres clients qui ont les mêmes ressentis que nous.

Bon accueil mais le reste ne suit pas . Ascenseur en panne.Petit déjeuner avec premier matin oranges moisies pas de lard supplémentaire à 9h10 alors que petit déjeuner jusque 10h30 , pain congelé. Dimanche on ôte l appareil à jus de fruit , les jus d orange tout fait on dirait de la purée . La zone de petit déjeuner très exiguë pour se servir. 14 euros ça ne les vaut pas. Le spa cata: hamam hs, sauna pas très chaud , jacuzzi eau trouble et bord crasseux , le grand bain eau froide et pas de jets , 15 euros pour ça ce n est pas normal. Accès par la terrasse heureusement qu il ne pleuvait pas. Chambre: pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain pour faire sécher les serviettes , douche à l italienne inonde la salle de bain . Oreillers trop plats . Très déçus pour un Best western 3 étoiles

Déçue pour la partie Spa, le hammam était hors service, nous devions être 4 personnes max mais nous étions 6, nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter du Spa autant que nous l'aurions voulu. Pour la partie hôtel, les chambres sont confortables et le buffet petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié.
