Rent och snyggt men lite trångt i rummet. Bra frukost och prisvärt alternativ när du reser mot sydligare breddgrader.

Climatisation inutile? brasse de l'air chaud. Chambre bruyante : autoroute et route départementale non loin. Repas du soir pris à l'hôtel : excellent. Petit-déjeuné : corbeille d fruits avec Kiwi plus que mûr. Hélas le nettoyage des tables entre 2 client n'est plus d'usage? fait manuellement ou avec la serviette du plateau : donc aucune désinfection. La bonne excuse : elle ne peut pas tout faire : les factures, le remplissage du buffet, débarrasser le plateaux...

L'hotel aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement notamment la salle de bains vieux carrelage (date du Campanile)

De passage , par hasard sur Niort. Très agréable surprise. Dans un espace de verdure, chambres très calmes. Super bien dormi. Petit déjeuner copieux. Dîner du soir classique mais bon. Rapport qualité prix très intéressant. Je recommande

La note pour un hôtel 3* est de 5 sur 10. Elle serait de 7,5 - 8 sur 10 pour un motel 2*. L'établissement est repris comme hôtel alors qu'il s'agit en réalité d'un motel. Les chambres sont fort réduites. Il n'est pas possible d'accéder latéralement au couchage du côté droit qui se situe à +/-20 à 25 cm du mur. Salle de bain vieillote totalement inadaptée pour des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite (baignoire très difficile à enjamber). Le restaurant est plus à considérer comme un resto-route que comme un restaurant 3*. La nourriture était tout à fait correcte au niveau rapport qualité-prix et le petit-déjeuner buffet était conséquent. Mais les tables, tant intérieures qu'extérieures étaient des tables de bistrot. Pas de nappe ni même un set de table pour le repas. Il nous a fallut garder nos couverts pour les différents plats. Dommage, que la catégorie puisse prêter à confusion. Maintenant, pour un séjour étape, tout à fait correct.

Un ex Campanile (Années 80) dans son jus. Retour vers le futur, la chambre en a gardée l'odeur (très tenace ?) du tabac froid : Une horreur.
Hôtel sélectionné car dispose d'un restaurant : Et bien non, le restaurant est fermé depuis l'été dernier...
Chauffage HS, alors on a branché un "chauffage d'appoint" aux petites vertus environnementales...

Signalisation d'accès correcte. Calme, confortable et spatieux. Pas de restauration classique. Dommage car j'ai dû m'adresser à la concurrence de proximité qui soit dit en passant m'a permis de passer un moment fort agréable.
