I ask everyone not to come here! I paid the same as at Kempinsky, but the difference is huge. I ordered Direkt Beach A Frame and they put me in the last place where I could see the fence and they looked at me from the balcony next to me. Cleanliness is 0. The people serving are dirty and not nice. They herd you into the dining room like cattle. I had to buy water for the evening because they can't provide half a liter of water every day. At check out they turned off the electricity at 10 o'clock. This place only looks good in the pictures, but everything is smelly and dirty and unfriendly. Etc. etc. Big disappointment

Beautiful setting, disappointed with the toilets and the lack of variety in the buffet on the second evening. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

As a couple we booked a garden room for 3 nights. Room wasn't large and had a terrace area. Didn't have breakfast as we felt €48 pp was a bit steep. Try the bakery at the port... I recommend the samosas! Pool was nice with a swim up bar and the bar terrace overlooks the sea for a beautiful view. Staff all friendly and helpful. Bike rental at the hotel entrance is very handy. 100 SCR pp per day. Bikes all have storage baskets and is the best and fun way to explore the island.

We went there for the Buffet Breakfast. We were charged 40 dollars per person and arrived two hours before they closed down. There were a couple of croissants left and a few pieces of bread for toast. When those ran out and as people kept pouring in, I asked one of the waitresses if they were going to replace the items that were missing, to which she replied “maybe, i dont know” Fruit was also in short supply and the selection was very limited. I could understand that from a low budget hotel, but not from a 4 star property as they describe themselves. Disappointing and poor value for money

Hotel needs a lot to change to have 3 Stars . Many things don’t work. We have problem to close and open the door. Every day the same. Big problem with WiFi with electric ( we have only two working points in 2 rooms for our 4 persons. Unhelpfull and not nice staff. No chance to stay 30 min longer in room. Before Our leaving We asked a water in glass ( waiting on the table ) but the Staff said it is only for new clients. Nice view in first line , very nice beach and. When you catch the ProMotion the price is good. I
