Beautiful hotel, all the surroundings is just amazing with amazing views of the volcano Arenal, but what really makes the difference is the people who works here. The service is amazing. They are very friendly and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. A big shout to Yath and Alexa, they were the best host I have ever had. They treat you like family. Please don’t hesitate, and book this hotel.

The property itself is very beautiful with lots of birds in the area. We enjoyed the mineral pools on both nights of our stay. And the staff is very kind. Would recommend!

Great experience! The staff was very helpful in helping us plan our itinerary as well as help us call taxis and even shuttled us around to the farther out areas! They were amazing and 100% would recommend this hotel.

Was a beautiful location with a view of arenal. Rooms were clean and private. The gardens were beautiful and the pool area was nice. The buildings seem a little dated and needing some updating. They have some hot springs that look like they used to have waterfalls between the pools. It would greatly improve this area if they got the waterfalls going.
