Response from Property: Dear Customer, let's start by saying that your reservation arrived through *******, and that we cannot in any way modify or cancel reservations that arrive from portals. We have received the cancellation from *******, and have not applied the penalty due. The amount was withheld by the portal and not by us. When you contacted us by phone (the structure reopened on 03/31/2023) to rebook, we offered you the same room with a discount, but you proceeded to rebook through *******. As for the solarium, perhaps you don't remember that on the weekend you stayed, there was a lot of wind and rain, so we didn't have the opportunity to finish some of the renovation work, which was completed in the following days with the favor of weather conditions. As for breakfast, we offer a wide choice of sweet and savory buffet products and drinks. As for the reception staff, all of them speak at least English and a large number of employees also speak French and Spanish fluently. And if you have the opportunity to read the previous reviews, fortunately not everyone is of the same opinion. Our staff has always been kind and ready to listen and welcome customers. And finally we come to the question of the bathroom. You broke an air vent in the hot tub without notifying the reception, and after breaking it you hurt yourself. We then had to bring in the maintenance man to fix the hot tub. So in addition to the damage, the insult of seeing our structure denigrated in this review, for errors that are clearly not ours. (the booking not canceled by us, the tub not broken by us).
