This is a 3 star hotel .. I got a room only deal for my son and I and it was a good price for the 7 days. The jacuzzis on the roof top are great.. there is only if 2 lifts that work however they are not always busy and there's steps also ... The room was clean and cleaned everyday.. we had a room on the 4th floor and a balcony with a nice view .. whilst the hotel offer food packages such as half board, all Inclusive etc... I was disappointed that as we selected room only. There was no facility for us to cook any food.. the catering options were quite expensive with breakfast and evening mean coating around €22 a day each .. that's quite a lot of money if you are on a tight budget and the reason I chose room only was because I can feed myself for much less by purchasing from a supermarket.. there was not even a kettle in the room ..just beds, bathroom and TV.. There is a nearby Carrefour express which is a great shop and they do some great looking fresh pizzas but I was unable to have one as had no facility to cook these.. There is a local food delivery service could Glovo.. you can order maccies , KFC etc .. the maccies we order came in like 15 mins from order . And was reasonably priced. Better so than the UK. There is a bus card you can buy from the bus station with 10 trips on for €10 euros, you can then top the card up by another 10 trips for only €6.50.. this is great and can be used for all members of the family . It's the cheapest way to travel and busses travel far and wide to Portaventura, cambrils, Salou, la Pineda. Strongly recommend you use this.. it cheaper than paying on the bus . Much cheaper. You just scan your card on the bur when you get on It.. no matter how far or close it counts as one trip each way..so 2 trips for a return. . and multiply this by the amount of people in your family that need to go on the same bus The cheapest tickets for Portaventura I found on a website called Tiqets ..search and you will find. There are about 4 to 5 nearby restaurants near by within walking distance.. about 5 mins or so Back to this hotel . You can pay additional €15 euros for late check out of 2pm or €30 for late check out of 6pm.. The hotel bar is expensive . I ordered a jack and coke and this was £12 even there own beer is like €5 the beer in the shop is way cheaper lol.. There are some good excursions. We travelled to cambrils on the bus then jumped aboard a sunset catamaran cruise for 2 hours with swim stop and free drinks for £25 pp.. pre-booked via Expedia..(cheapest I saw) The small resort of Cap Salou is far quieter than Salou it's self.. so it's nice..but it's also good to visit Salou at the evening time .. they have a maccies there.. and it's really cheap compared to UK. (Apart from the nuggets for some reason) But they have very quick service even when it's heaving with customers.. they put UK to Shane. The hotel is pretty basic and needs an update. The rooms were clean. The food was grand there was something for all of us each day. We have visited Salou many times it is a great place for families. Cap of salou is quiet but there are lovely beaches ⛱️ and buses run regularly in to salou. The majority of bar staff made the holiday especially Abdel and Petyra . There was one very unpleasant rude bar staff member but the hotel took comments on board. Overall good place to stay. There were 10 of us so we made our own craic.

We’re here right now. Second night. I’m surprised by the bad reviews. This hotel is exactly what it says it is. You book 3 start, you get 3 stars. The all inclusive has been perfect. Asked for a double and got the Spanish double. It says “only 2 drinks per person at a time” wow. I would not expect more than one, even if you downed it in seconds. Room wise, you can hear through the walls as they’re thin and we have some annoying boys near us, but we can’t complain as we’re having a great time with the hotel. IF YOU BOOK 3 STARS, EXPECT 3 STARS, OR ELSE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Matheus, Nayara and Roverto have been absolutely fabulous for entertainment, lots of great activities to do with lots of love and laughter and joy. The food here has been pretty good, good variety for different cuisine’s, lots of great drink selection at the bars too. The pool is perfect size and temperature alongside with the jacuzzi which situate in the roof tops for more privacy which is nice. Overall stay has been super as always this is my 5th time coming here now and I absolutely love it! X
