We booked this as a very last minute stay and what a find! Asia was absolutely wonderful at giving me clear and concise directions and instructions which made things very easy. We stayed as a family of 6 and found it incredibly clean and spacious. We only stayed one night as we were interrailing and in transit but I would definitely go back and stay longer as the location was perfect.

We had an amazing stay here! We booked it at the last minute because we ended up stranded without lodging and this was the only place in Cinque Terra available, but luckily it ended up being so wonderful!!! The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is nice and clean, but the highlight is that the customer service is extremely helpful and responds very quickly! It is also an easy walk from the train station and into town. I highly recommend staying here!

La chambre était parfaite pour un séjour en famille aux 5 terres. Tout près de la gare. La chambre est équipée d'un petit frigo et d'un four micro-ondes, et il y a un petit supermarché en face permettant de manger à moindre coût. Un petit bémol sur le petit-déjeuner prévu dans le bar d'en face qui offre peu de choix. Les échanges avec le personnel qui se font par WhatsApp, il est très réactif, gentil et serviable.

Un grand merci à Souad et toute l'équipe pour le sens du service, la rapidité des réponses à nos questions via WhatsApp et l'accueil (Souad est venue nous chercher sur le petit parking que nous avions réservé, pour nous accompagner à notre chambre) ! Très bon emplacement pour visiter les Cinque Terre car à 4 min à pied de la gare. Nous conseillons fortement Glam resort Ghostel la Spezia !

Super, chambre très propre, hôtel très bien placé. La gare centrale de La Spezia se situe à 5 min à pieds : le train vous emmènera dans le premier village des Cinque Terres en 8 minutes ! De plus la chambre dispose d’un coffre fort, et d’un frigo qui contient une carafe d’eau fraîche ! Le top
