Comfort Inn Lacey - Olympia

My family and I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Lacey, Washington. The hotel entrance is slightly hidden from the roadway. The room had wifi, television, air conditioning, and a television The room was clean and the hotel was tranquil to sleep. The beds were uncomfortable. My wife and I woke up feeling sore like we slept on the floor. The hotel placed vending machines across from the elevator door. I waited for someone to decide what he wanted from the vending machine as I was pushing a trolley with our luggage. The same issue occurred in the morning when I was trying to pack the car. My family and I reached the free breakfast within the designated time. The hotel employee appeared to have already placed food items away or the hotel didn't provide that much food for guests to eat. We appeared not to be only hotel guests that did not receive the free breakfast. There was another family and a hotel guest. The hotel guest asked the employee to replenish the eggs and sausage. The employee appeared not to honor the request even though we were all there before the breakfast closes at 9am. My wife and I went back to our room to eat a bowl of Cheerios we happened to have packed for our trip. We have stayed at seven hotels with a total of fifteen nights this year. The other hotels that offered free breakfast always replenished the food. My wife and I pick hotels that have a free breakfast. My suggestion if you stay at this hotel is to wake up by 6:30am when breakfast first opens if you want to get breakfast. We will be trying a different hotel in the Lacey, Washington area next time we visit due to this experience.

The price is super high, the room rate is not half of Seattle. If you want to go to the Olympic National Park, staying for one night is super cheap. Whether it's the environment, comfort, cleanliness is great! The breakfast is extremely rich, especially like single + cheese, beautiful! Breakfast is very abundant from 6:00-9:30, highly recommended

My friend and I stayed at this hotel when we were travleing through on our way to Sequim. My friend uses a walker and we ran into issues on our trip with other hotels not having what we needed to make her comfortable. This hotel was wonderful! Everything from the check in to breakfast and check out was exceptional.

The service is above and beyond here. I have been in Washington for about a year and have been around Olympia, in several hotels, for 1/4 of that. I can say, honestly, thg at this quality inn lives up to the name in every way. The cleaning staff is diligent, maintenance is responsive and timely, the front desk is friendly, and discretion is their middle name. I was treated fairly with kindness and assisted in all matters with care and understanding. I thank the staff and applaud their work. I strive to behave as they have in my next professional endeavor. Special shout outside to Soloman, Grace, megan, and Jil. Bonus points to Grace for being the most caring individual I've met in washington.

This location is really showing its age, The air conditioner produces loud noise to an extend that affects sleep. We also experienced power outage in the morning, that affected providing anything hot.

If you are waiting a near homeless experience plus come stay at the not so Super 8. The halls smells like a NY back alley, were two people held a pissing championship. The heat is non existent in some rooms, so you will have to build a hobo fire to heat up. The non smoking rooms have linens with burn holes in them? The TV doesn't work, so use your imagination and watch your favorite show in your mind. The walls have more cobwebs and dirt on them then sleeping outside would present than being outside. You're right by the freeway and get to hear traffic all night like you were sleeping on the streets. The shady charters in the hallways could get you intravenous drugs in about 60 secs. I would say if you have $60 don't put yourself at risk staying here, you'll probably better off getting an air mattress for $20, and nice blanket for $15 and a pillow for $5 and sleeping in the back of your car, or at a rest stop which would be 1000x less shady. One positive the fridge froze my water it's so cold, but then when I was dying of thirst I couldn't get anything to drink.
