酒店的環境很好，還有一個小萌寵動物園，孩子喂兔子喂的不想走，酒店室外也很漂亮，空氣清新，尤其實名錶揚大廳經理胡博洋，服務周到，細緻入微，聽説我們午餐沒吃好特意送來一盒中秋月餅，無微不至的服務彌補了用餐時候小小的不足。
總之不錯，推薦大家去。

酒店特別好，而且確實挺大的！裡邊溜娃沒問題有游泳池 不過現在有點冷了 沒下！ 拍照絕對各種滿足！
房間挺乾淨的，感覺被子啥的也不潮， 一進屋空調是給打開的！我們定的熊本熊 孩子特別喜歡 都不想走了，小童專用的坐便 小童牙刷 小童浴袍啥都有，而且還有陽台 環境特別好 特別的幽靜，尤其是晚上 真舒服！
提點意見就是希望房間的電視啥的升級下 來個網絡機頂盒也可以！
中間遇到了點小問題，然後經理和副經理都過來解決了而且特別客氣，客氣的有點不好意思了，特別是大堂胡博洋經歷 處理問題很好 服務也特別的好！ 送了禮品和果盤！推薦！！！

酒店四面環山，三面臨水，景色宜人。豬豬俠主題房裡有很多孩子喜歡的玩具，在房間裏都能玩半天。露台上可以喝茶，看風景，很愜意。酒店內有小農場、萌寵樂園、游泳池、沙坑、廣場，玩兩天孩子都不會無聊。除了氣温低孩子沒能玩水，自助餐品種稍少外，還是不虛此行的。每年都會來野三坡兩次，這次是住的最好的。野三坡真的是好山好水好風光，這是我的家鄉，歡迎大家來這裏旅遊！

整體還不錯，服務員態度都很nice，帶娃解放雙手還可以，游泳池、沙池就可以玩大半天……疫情期間人很少，很安靜……早餐自助還可以，但78元一位也不是很值，個人感覺48或58元就差不多了……小童樂園不大，玩具也不多，但由於定的滑梯房，在房間內就可以一直一直玩……客房服務董仲梅姐姐態度和藹可親……唯獨就是酒店吃飯不是很方便，疫情期間午晚餐自助不開，衹能單點，價格也不低……去外面吃飯也要開車走幾公里，而且很多農家院、餐廳由於疫情都沒開

怎麼説呢也有温馨的地方 但是酒店水準確實大不如以前了，早餐都是涼的 臟亂差的早餐 我説沒有位置回房間吃吧 住過這麼多酒店 沒有不讓打包的，連個熱的餐食都沒有 前台電話打不進去，還有室內小童樂園，不如沒有，還沒有民宿的好，這不是星級酒店嗎？所見公共區域垃圾滿地。就是房間還是乾淨的。

五一全家出遊，野三坡一日遊體檢，找賓館這東西也需要閤眼緣，一眼看上去阿爾卡迪亞應該是周邊條件最好的賓館，果斷定了，入住，酒店條件非常好，當天入住應該是滿客，人特別多，但管家王利人真的是太好了，前台掃碼加了微信，有問必答，服務熱情周到，有求必應，臨走還送了兩箱核桃，免了孩子的早餐費，省時，省力，省錢。我認為也是野三坡首選

環境沒的説，儘管受泥石流影響還沒全部抹去，但是絲毫不影響住店者的心情！
我還想誇誇這家酒店的服務，非常貼心到位，熱情是他們的專享詞。特別是董仲梅、董小女兩位客服服務員，幹活非常麻利！還有劉凡劉老師，從道路推薦，到房型的介紹、還有解決一層衞生間異味換氣扇的問題都親力親為，感覺像回到了自己家裡。
美中不足就是院內太多的澆灌皮管，推輪椅特別不方便，還望考慮坐輪椅的長者的出行便利性。

訂之前以為房間裏會有浴缸，結果到了發現衞生間很小，設施很老舊，也沒有浴缸，孩子們有些失望，還好和前台申請了一個小童浴盆，兩歲的寶寶可以滿足泡澡的要求了！
早晨的自助餐很差，幾乎沒什麼可吃的。
室外泳池很大，也很漂亮，但是還下不了水，孩子們撈魚撈的很開心，有一小塊沙池可以挖沙子，一個小滑梯，室外小童的遊樂設施很簡陋，室內小童樂園也僅適合兩三歲的寶寶玩。
總之孩子玩的還可以，但是跟我想的差距有點遠，配套設施很差，服務質量總體還不錯，所以我給4分

很温馨的酒店，泳池很大，衞生也很乾凈，酒店工作人員尤其熱情，服務體貼入微。董仲梅董大姐的笑容讓人如沐春風，小劉管家的專業幫我們解決了住宿難題，真心實意的為住客着想，酒店有這樣高素質的管理人員實屬幸運。山裡天氣温差大，還是要帶點厚衣服。大水無情，希望一切早日恢復正常
